Abstract

The invention relates to a fastener with a rotary bar, which is designed to be secure while travelling and at customs and possesses a hand lever usable as a lifting aid. The locking is effected with respect to a locking bar by longitudinal displacement of the hand lever over a bearing-side pin/elongated-hole guide, it being possible to improve the operation of the lock by an additional locking and unlocking device. The longitudinal displacement is secure and can be barred by means of a securing element and/or the additional locking and unlocking device. Additional sensors or electronic monitoring devices, which indicate an attempt to manipulate the customs seal or an unauthorised opening of the fastener with a rotary bar, can be attached. <IMAGE>
