Es gelingt so bis zu 94% des angewendeten Ammoniaks in Stickstoffoxyde zu verwandeln.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Stickstoffoxyden aus Ammoniak nach dem Kontaktverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Katalysator verwendet wird, der ein Kobaltoxyd und Aluminiumoxyd bzw. eine Verbindung eines Kobaltoxydes mit Aluminiumoxyd enthält.

1. A process for the production of nitrogen oxides from ammonia by the contact process, characterized in that a catalyst is used which contains a cobalt oxide and aluminum oxide or a compound of a cobalt oxide with aluminum oxide.
