The lock is also equipped with a device that prevents the bolt from being moved backwards by unauthorized persons, for example with the help of a stick that is attached to the lower end of the bolt.
It consists of an arm 19 (FIG. 4) rotatable about a pin 28, which is loaded by a spring 20 and when the bolt 1 is in the raised position against the bolt? supports. If the latch is engaged, the bolt: J reaches the lower end of the guide J and releases the arm 19. which is pivoted from the position shown in full lines into the vertical position (shown in dash-dotted lines) and thereby the upward movement of the bolt. 3 or the bolt J 'prevented.
The lower end of the arm 19 is advantageously beveled in such a way that the attempt to lift the bolt results in a twisting of the arm in the opposite direction to the release movement.

rotated by means of a key placed on the square 23, an extension bent backwards pivots: 26 the pawl 19 into the position shown in dashed lines and thereby gives the movement path of the bolt. 3 free. At the same time, the end of the lever 22 engages the pin: and, with continued rotation, moves it to its initial position.
The bolt hits immediately beforehand. 3 against the nose 16 of the pawl 6 and pivoted it into its initial position, in which it is held by the roller 8 rotated back under the action of the armature 10.
A major advantage of the lock according to the invention is that the
