Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, bei Cylindern von kraftmaschinen, besonders Gas- kraftmaschinen, die Wänne der Oylinderwandungen schnell zu vertheilen und letztere dadurch abzukühlen. Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist dieselbe in den Fig. 1-4 dargestollt.
In der Wandung des mit einem geeigneten Einlasscanal b versehenen Cylinders a ist eine Reihe von Löchern oder Schlitzen c von geringer Tiefe vorgesehen, dieschwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet und in Reihen von gleichem Abstande parallel zur Achse des Cylinders a oder in anderer geeigneter Weise angeordnet. Die Löcher dienen zur Aufnahme der Stifte (, welche, wie bereits erwähnt, aus einem besser leitenden Metall, wie Messing, Kupfer oder Aluminium, bestehen. Die Stifte d könnten auch in die Cylinderwandung eingeschraubt werden und zur Vergrösserung der kühlenden Oberfläche mit Einkerbungen oder auch, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, mit Schraubengewinden e versehen sein.
Da die Platten oder Stifte d aus besser leitendem Material bestehen, als die Cylinderwandung selbst, so wird die Wärme von der Cylinderwandung leicht und schnell in die Stifte überfliessen. Dadurch, dass die Stifte entfernhar angeordnet sind, wird der Vortheil

The present invention aims to quickly distribute the heat of the cylinder walls in cylinders of power machines, especially gas engines, and thereby to cool the latter. In the accompanying drawing, the same is shown in Figs. 1-4.
In the wall of the cylinder a provided with a suitable inlet channel b, a series of holes or slots c of shallow depth is provided, dovetail-shaped and arranged in rows equally spaced parallel to the axis of the cylinder a or in another suitable manner. The holes serve to accommodate the pins (which, as already mentioned, are made of a more conductive metal such as brass, copper or aluminum.
