EMI1.1

EMI1.1
The subject of the invention is a lifting device for motorized portable plows, which are supported by a sole located behind the last plow body or a sole wheel when driving empty.
The new one differs from known excavation devices of a similar type in that the excavation is carried out by bending the connection point between the motor frame and the plow frame upwards; H. is thus effected by changing the angle formed in the vertical plane by the two plow parts. This has the advantage that the front weight of the motor frame of the plow, which is mainly due to the front-seated motor, compensates for the front weight of the plow frame to be lifted. This compensation is more or less complete, depending on the arrangement. It is not present or not possible in the known constructions, in which the excavation takes place by parallel displacement of the two plow parts against one another instead of by bending the connection point upwards.
With the new arrangement, it is particularly advantageous to leave the buckling by means of suitable ones
Guides are made by pivoting the plow frame relative to the engine frame around a suitably low point, d. H. around a point which is on the line of traction and resistance or at least close to this line. In this way, in contrast to the known designs, the advantage is achieved that no, or at least none, disruptive ones when lifting
Shortening of the pulling line occurs, so no significant work against the pulling resistance needs to be done when excavating.
Depending on the relative pivot point in front of the point of contact of the
Sole wheel, at this point of contact or behind it, it is up to you to determine the amount of the weight compensation indicated above and the size of the mutual movement of the plow part.
Two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing. FIGS. I and 2 show a motor plow in which the excavation takes place by bending at the pivot point f. Fig. I shows the motorized plow in the working position, Fig. 2 in the raised position, which, as can be seen, is reached by pushing the lever h forward.
In Fig. 3 and 4, the lifting device is shown in an improved form. The rear plow frame with the rear wheel e, which can also be raised and lowered, can be pivoted against the engine front frame a, b, c in that it is pivoted with the pins. f and g is moved in the guides k and i by means of the hand lever h. The guides k and i run concentrically with the point m, which is in the bottom surface of the plow body and therefore close to the line of the working resistance.
The arrangement according to FIG. 3 also has the advantage that the guide g, when it is oriented horizontally, can be used to cushion the rear plow frame against the front frame. For this purpose it is then sufficient to use a spring in this way. f to add that in the suspension d against. f is guided horizontally. This can be done, for example, according to FIG. 5 in such a way that d is cranked upwards and is connected to it by means of a rocker m, the other pivot point of which lies in f, while at the same time tensioning takes place between the point and the frame d by the tension spring l.

When springing back, f remains in its place in guide k, while m swings back with d and gin i slides back: when lifting, however, sd is moved in h, like g in i. The sliding guides can of course be replaced approximately by articulated guides.
