Lamellierter Eisenkern für Transformatoren, Generatoren, Motoren und dergl.
Bei lamellierten Eisenkernen, wie solche bei Transformatoren und elektrischen Maschinen zur Verwendung kommen, werden die Bleche vielfach mittels durchgehender Bolzen zusammengepresst. Werden die Bolzenlöcher in den Blechen alle gleich gross gemacht, so besteht die Gefahr, dass sich die beim Schneiden der Bleche und Stanzen der Löcher bildenden Grate gegenseitig berühren. Die Grate können auch durch Schleifen oder Walzen der Bleche nicht vollständig entfernt werden. Die sich bildende Gratbrücke zwischen den Blechen kann wegen der im Blechpaket auftretenden Potentialdifferenz zu sehr unangenehmen Anschmelzungen des Blechkerns führen. Diesem Übelstande abzuhelfen, soll nachstehend beschriebenen Erfindung dienen.
Es wird hierbei jedes zweite Blech mit von dem ersten in der Grösse verschiedenen Bolzenlöchern versehen, wodurch eine Versetzung der Grate erfolgt und eine gegenseitige Berührung unmöglich gemacht wird. Dasselbe Prinzip kann auch auf die Blechränder angewendet werden, indem jedes zweite Blech gegen das erste versetzt ist, so dass auch hier eine Berührung der Grate zweier benachbarter Bleche unmöglich gemacht ist.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : I. Lamellierter Eisenkern für Transformatoren, Generatoren, Motoren u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher für die durch das Blechpaket gehenden Bolzen in den nebeneinanderliegenden Blechen abwechselnd mit verschiedenen Durchmessern ausgeführt sind.

In laminated iron cores, such as those used in transformers and electrical machines, the sheets are often pressed together by means of through bolts. If the bolt holes in the metal sheets are all made the same size, there is a risk that the burrs formed when cutting the metal sheets and punching the holes will touch one another. The burrs cannot be completely removed by grinding or rolling the sheets. The ridge bridge that forms between the sheets can lead to very unpleasant melting of the sheet core due to the potential difference occurring in the sheet stack. To remedy this disadvantage, the invention described below is intended to serve.
Here every second sheet is provided with bolt holes of different sizes from the first, whereby the burrs are offset and mutual contact is made impossible. The same principle can also be applied to the sheet metal edges, in that every second sheet is offset from the first, so that here, too, contact between the burrs of two adjacent sheets is made impossible.
