Selbstschliessendes Federband für Türen oder Fenster.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche selbstschliessende Federbänder für Türen oder Fenster, hei welchen in einer lose in die beiden Bandrollen eingelegten Hülse eine Anzahl Blattfedern sich befinden, deren freie Enden lose in Nuten der Abschlussknöpfe eingreifen.
Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen in der Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Federspannung, die dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass der obere, verschieb-und drehbare Abschlussknopf eine seitliche Nase besitzt, die in einen der am freien Rande der oberen Bandrolle vorgesehenen Längsschlitze eingreift und dadurch den Abschlussknopf nach seiner Einstellung gegen Verdrehung sichert.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :

Das Türband besteht in bekannter Weise aus den Bandhälften a und b, die beide zu einer geschlossenen Bandrolle oder Öse eingerollt sind und deren Bandlappen mittels Schrauben o. dgl. am beweglichen Flügel bzw. Rahmen befestigt wird. In den Bandrollen oder Ösen der beiden Bandhälften a, b befindet sich lose drehbar eine Hülse c, durch welche beide Türbandhälften a, b drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die obere Türbandhälfte a auf der unteren Türbandhälfte aufsitzt. Die oberen und unteren Bandrollen sind mit Knöpfen d versehen, deren Schaft c sich innerhalb der Ösen befindet und an seinem freien Ende mit einer Nute f ausgestattet ist.
In die Nuten f greifen die Enden der zu einem Bündel vereinigten Blattfedern g ein, die sich innerhalb der Hülse c befinden und die in beliebiger Anzahl je nach der gewünschten Federkraft lose eingeschoben werden können.
Wird bei einer Drehung des beweglichen Flügels auch die obere Türbandhäfte a mitbewegt, während die untere Türbandhälfte feststeht, so findet eine Verdrehung der Blattfedern g statt, Die auf diese Weise gespannten Blattfedern sind bestrebt, in ihre spannungslose Lage zurückzukehren und haben ein Schliessen des beweglichen Flügels zur Folge. Die Stellung der Nuten f zueinander kann natürlich derart sein, dass auch bei geschlossenem Flügel noch eine gewisse Spannung in den Federn g vorhanden ist.
Um die Nuten. f gegeneinander verdrehen und verschieden einstellen zu können, sind die Knöpfe d drehbar angeordnet. Der freie Rand der oberen Bandrolle ist mit einer Anzahl von Längsnuten h versehen, in welche eine am Kopf d befindliche Nase i eingeschoben werden kann. Selbstverständlich kann auch der untere Knopf durch einen Querbolzen A festgestellt werden, wie auch die Hülse c in der Bandrolle der unteren Fischbandhälfte b befestigt sein kann.

The invention relates to such self-closing spring hinges for doors or windows, in which a number of leaf springs are located in a sleeve loosely inserted into the two rolls of tape, the free ends of which loosely engage in the grooves of the closure buttons.
The invention consists essentially in the device for regulating the spring tension, which is characterized in that the upper, displaceable and rotatable end button has a lateral nose which engages in one of the longitudinal slots provided on the free edge of the upper reel of tape and thereby moves the end button secures its setting against rotation.
