Kopfhängematte.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Kopfhängematte mit zwei verstellbaren Hänge und einer in zwei Haken gelagerten Spannschnur oder Riemen, die für Reisende auf Eisenbahnen, Schiffen oder sonstigen Verkehrsmitteln zum Schlafen in sitzender Stellung dient.
Die Kopfhängematte ist in der Zeichnung in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigen Fig. i die Art der Verwendung, Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht, Fig. 3 die Stirnansicht des Erfindungsgegenstandes und dessen Anbringung an die Gepäcksträger.
Die Hängematte a wird aus einem der Gesichtsgrösse und Form entsprechenden netzartigen Gewebe hergestellt und ist mit einer Ausnehmung b für die Nase und zwei verstellbaren Zügen c zum Anpassen an die Stirn und das Kinn versehen, wodurch die vordere Kopfform erzielt wird.
An den Enden des Netzes sind Drahtbügel d angebracht, die mit den Hängeschnüren e durch Kettenglieder f verbunden sind.
Die Schnüre e sind zwecks Verlängerung oder Verkürzung mit Schnallen i versehen und tragen an den Enden S-förmige Haken g, welche zum Aufhängen der Matte an die Gepäcksträger oder an sonst vorhandene Befestigungspunkte dienen.

PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Kopfhängematte, gekennzeichnet durch ein das Gesicht umgreifendes, netzartigeGewebe, das einerseits der Gesichtsform angepasst werden kann, andrerseits der Höhenlage des Gesichtes und der Oberkörperneigung entsprechend eingestellt wird und durch an derselben angebrachte verstellbare Schnüre oder Riemen, die am Sitz oder anderen geeigneten Punkten durch entsprechende Mittel festgehalten werden, um die Matte zwecks Verhinderung des Ausschwingens zu spannen.
2. Kopfhängematte nach den Ansprüchen I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesichtsform durch zwei an den Rändern der Kopfhängematte angebrachte Züge hergestellt wird.
