The invention relates to a device for preventing disturbances during the call of one of several intercoms lying on a common line and is characterized in that a switch is made automatically at the switching devices of the participants, through which the two branches of the common line during the Calling the selected subscriber are automatically connected to each other.

This has the advantage that the a- and b-branches can be connected to the apparatus as required, that is to say, can be exchanged without any further disturbances, as before. Likewise, the disturbances possibly arising from capacitive connections, through which the switching mechanisms may be moved further during the calling, are prevented because the electromagnets which actuate the switching mechanisms are short-circuited during the calling.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. The switching mechanism used for calling consists essentially of an electromagnet, which is omitted in FIG. 1 and is designated by r in FIG. 2, which, with the aid of an armature, acts in a known manner on an axis z and thus on a disk w. But not only this but also the switching body i is set in rotation by the axis z, since the disk w is coupled to the body i by a friction spring p. When the body i is rotated by hand, however, the spring p grinds on the disk w without taking it along, since it is firmly connected to the axis z, which is fixed in its position.

The disk i of the calling subscriber is set in a known manner before the start of the dialing act with the aid of the rotary knob g so that the spring l snaps into the notch k in the subsequent electromagnetic switching when the call position reaches the respectively requested subscriber, d; H. as soon as the pin d has come into contact with the spring f.

At this moment, the caller s, which is connected to a branch of the common line via a hook switch t, is connected to earth at the requested subscriber. The snapping of the spring l on the calling subscriber results in a switchover of the contacts below. The contacts y, x are automatically closed in a known manner when the inductor M rotates.

The switching operations when calling an intercom station are as follows: If the subscriber of intercom station no. I calls, for example, the subscriber of intercom station no. 9, he activates inductor u after setting the disk i. The inductor current flows through the electromagnets r (u, 10, m, n, 11, a, 12, r, 13, b, 14, x, u) so that the disks i are set in motion at all participant points. If the call position is reached at the intercom No. 9 and there the. Pin d with contact spring y'in

Inductor and do not know whether it is affecting the switchgear or the alarm clock of the desired location. The point in time when the desired participant joins in can be indicated by acoustic or optical signals.

The speech communication takes place in a known manner, so that the speech apparatus has not been reproduced in the drawing.
