DC dynamo machine for generating approximately constant voltage with variable
Rotational speed.
The present invention relates to a direct current dynamo machine with which an approximately constant voltage can be generated even with a variable number of revolutions. without the need for special auxiliary devices, such as regulating resistors or similar. are necessary.
The essence of the invention is explained in more detail in the description and in the drawings.
Let it be:
E the electromotive force (EMK) induced in the anchor of a direct current dynamo machine,
0 the resulting magnetic flux of force entering or exiting the armature per pole pitch (Polie.lune means the armature circumference divided by the number of poles),

The present invention aims to show. How a resulting magnetic flux of lines of force can be generated in a dynamo machine without regulating apparatus k: lJ1n, which is approximately inversely proportional to the number of revolutions. This also shows how an approximately constant voltage can be generated with a variable number of revolutions.
To achieve this goal, we generate the resulting magnetic force

Main force flow. The nearly constant part C3. the one that generates the secondary magnetic force flow.
Ampere-turns, on the other hand, are expediently usually directed in such a way that it strives to generate a magnetic flux in the same direction as the main flux. The ampere turns C3 can also be completely or partially replaced by a permanent magnet. or they can be omitted entirely.

the approximately constant part of the ampere-turns of the magnetic branch circuit. However, this can also be obtained by placing an approximately constant voltage in the appropriate direction in the circuit that has to generate the traffic light windings C. 11.
Two electromotive forces then act simultaneously in this circuit, one proportional to the number of revolutions and one approximately constant. One can finally also have such an approximately constant electromotive force in the circuit of the

The two lines of force flows 01 and (Fig. 6) can be given completely separate paths. In this case just take care of that. that the armature conductors of the dynamo machine intersect both power flows. The two power line flows # 1 and # 2 can also be directed to paths that are partly common. So the two lines of force flows z. B. special poles are instructed while they pass through the same yoke and the same anchor iron (Fig. 7).
From the drawings (Fig. I to 5) can be seen. that by suitable choice of material and magnetic circuits it is possible to unite in the specified way without the use of regulating devices and regulating resistors
EMI2.5
Tour interval is almost exactly inversely proportional to the number of revolutions.
In Fig. I, a first is exactly inversely proportional to the number of revolutions
EMI2.6
It can be seen that the 6th curve obtained in this way actually has a very surprising similarity to the ideal 0-curve in FIG.
In FIG. 3 it is assumed, for example, that the negative resistance of the main magnetic circuit becomes somewhat greater with increasing number of revolutions. This can occur d, mn when the two power flows are partially instructed to have common paths. as

motor force of the main magnetic circuit is not exactly constant, but rather increases slightly with increasing revolutionsz dil. In this case, too, it is possible, by choosing a suitable characteristic for the secondary magnetic circuit, to achieve a curve which corresponds well to the ideal # curve in FIG. Analogously, the Cj curve could decrease slightly with increasing number of revolutions. Then it would also be possible to obtain a good 0 curve.
In Figs. 2, 3 and 4, for example, cases are shown in which the ampere

Fig. 6 shows schematically for a two-pole machine, for example, the arrangement,

It can be seen that both the yoke / ats the anchor iron A are common to the two phases of force, while each flow of force passes through special poles. The main brushes come to rest in the neutral zone B B, while the part C2. n can be taken from the ampere-turns generating the power flow 0, for example, by means of a heating brush located in the axis B'B '.

the. Arrangement where the two power flows 01 and O2 have to rely on completely separate paths.
The current to be generated is generated by a winding, the conductors of which intersect both power flows 01 and iz. K is the collector belonging to this winding. The part C. n of the ampere turns generating the power flow # 2 can be generated, for example, by an auxiliary winding with a collector K ', the conductor of which only carries the power

If the voltage increases or decreases slightly as the number of revolutions increases, this is done by suitable selection of the characteristics of the magnetic auxiliary circuit. If it is z. 0 curve is of course not possible, there are at least certain deviations from the desired voltage curve. Such deviations can be reduced by means known per se. The most effective are: i. A positive or negative additional number of ampere-turns, which is proportional to the number of revolutions, is added to the main magnetic circuit or branch circuit.
This ensures that the 0, curve or the # 2 curve has a slight deviation upwards or downwards from its normal shape,
2. A positive or negative additional number of ampere-turns is added to the main or secondary magnetic circuit, which is proportional to the current delivered by the dynamo,
3. the main or secondary magnetic circuits will have a positive or negative additional ampere-turn number! added, which is proportional to the charge and discharge current of an accumulator battery connected in parallel to the dynamo machine,
4. the main excitation winding is preceded by an iron resistor,
5.
One or more ordinary or iron resistors are connected upstream in the external circuit or in front of the electricity consumers.
