  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bilderrahmen aus erhaben geprägter Pappe. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Bilder und Photographierahmen aus Pappe in erhabener Form, welche an der Aussenseite mit Holzfurnier verkleidet sind. 



   Das Neue besteht in einem eigenartigen Herstellungsverfahren des Rahmens. 



   Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht in Fig. i bis 4 die einzelnen Stadien des Herstellung-

Das Verfahren ist wie folgt :
Mittels irgendeiner bekannten, für den Zweck geeigneten Prägepresse wird das Rahmenprofil a   (Fig. 1   und 2) aus Pappe o. dgl. herausgeprägt, wobei die im Innern des Rahmens ver-

 des Rahmenprofils wird dann durch Einleimen von   Pappstreifen./'ausgefüllt   und das Werkstück einer erneuten Pressung unterworfen.

   Die Ausfüllung des Profils auf trockenem Wege durch Pappstreifen bildet einen wesentlichen Teil des Verfahrens. weil dadurch der Rahmen seine Prägeform nicht verliert, wie bei dem bekannten Einfüllen   feuchter Massen,   wie Gips und

Nach der beschriebenen Behandlung überzieht man das Werkstück mittels einer dritten Pressung mit einer Schicht g au, Holzfurnier o. dgl. (Fig. 4). Hierauf erfolgt das Ausstanzen

 sodann vorzunehmenden Polieren oder Lackieren ist der Rahmen fertig und von einem solchen aus Holz im äusseren Aussehen nicht zu unterscheiden. 



   Das beschriebene Verfahren gestattet auch die Herstellung von Rahmen in heliehig anderen Formen.

   The invention relates to pictures and photo frames made of cardboard in raised form, which are clad on the outside with wood veneer.



   What is new is a peculiar manufacturing process for the frame.

The procedure is as follows:
By means of any known stamping press suitable for the purpose, the frame profile a (Fig. 1 and 2) is stamped out of cardboard or the like, the inside of the frame being

 The frame profile is then filled in by gluing in cardboard strips and the workpiece is subjected to renewed pressing.

   Filling the profile in a dry way with cardboard strips forms an essential part of the process. because as a result, the frame does not lose its embossing shape, as is the case with the known filling of moist masses, such as plaster of paris and

After the treatment described, the workpiece is covered with a layer of gau, wood veneer or the like by means of a third pressing (FIG. 4). This is followed by punching out

 The frame is then ready for polishing or painting and cannot be distinguished from a wooden frame in terms of its external appearance.



   The method described also allows frames to be produced in many other shapes.
