Schweissbrenner mit Vorrichtung zum Zerteilen von Metall.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Schweissbremer, der mit einer Vorrichtung ausgestattet ist, welche es ermöglicht, denselben auch zum Zerteilen von Metallmassen zu benutzen.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines solchen Brenners zeigt die Skizze, in welcher ein Hahn mit einer schrägen Bohrung die eingentliche Neuerung bildet.
Dit t-Arbeitsweise eines solchen Brenners ist folgende :
Wenn der Brenner, wie Fig. 1 zeigt, zum Schweissen oder Vorwärmen benutzt wird, strömt der unter hohem Druck stehende Sauerstoff durch a, a1, a2 und die enge Bohrung aa der Druck- düse c und reisst in bekannter Weise das unter niedrigerem Druck stehende Brenngas durch b, b1 und boa mit sich, worauf beide Gase im konischen Kanal d der Mischdüse e innig vermengt werden und durch Öffnung k der Ausströmdüse f dem brenner entweichen. Entzündet, gelangt das Mischgas unter hoher Wärmeentwicklung zur Verbrennung, wobei die so entstandene Flamme, einerseits zum Schweissen, andererseits zum Vorwärmen von Metallstücken, welche mittels Sauer- stoffes zerschnitten werden sollen, dient.
