  Verfahren   zur Herstellung von Stahl uder Flusseisen im Martinofen   aus Alteisen (Schrott) und gepulvertem festem Kohlenstoff. 



   Das Stammpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Stahl oder   Flusseisen.   wobei gepulverter fester Kohlenstoff, z. B. Koks, zu unterst auf die Herdsohle aufgetragen wird, der oberflächlich angefeuchtet wurde, um an der nach oben zeigenden feuchten Oberfläche der Kohlungsmittelschicht durch die Ofenwärme eine Decke bzw. eine Sicherungkruste zu erzielen, welche den darunter befindlichen Kohlenstoff schützt. Auf die Kohlungsmittelschicht wird das Altmaterial aufgetragen und dasselbe eingeschmolzen. 



   Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung wird dieses Verfahren dahin ausgebildet, dass durch wiederholtes Mahlen und Quetschen eine ungemein grosse Feinheit des Koksstaubes erzielt wird, so dass derselbe in einer Feinheit von ungefähr 3000 bis 5000 Öffnungen pro Quadratzentimeter eines Siebes und noch feiner zur Anwendung kommt, wodurch die Herstellung vorzüglichsten   Qualitätsstahles   ohne irgend welchen Roheisenzusatz erzielt wird. Je feinmaschiger das Sieb ist, welches der Koksstaub vor seiner Verwendung passiert, desto günstiger gestaltet sich die Durchführung des Verfahrens.
