Metallgehäuse für elektrische Klingeln.
Das Gehäuse ist als in zwei Theilen zu giessendes Metallgehäuse in Form einer Grundplatte mit gleichem Deckel ausgebildet. Die Erfindung bezweckt die Ersparung der Tischlerarbeit an solchen Gehäusen.
Die beigefügte Zeichnung veranschaulicht die Erfindung :
Fig. 1 zeigt die Grundplatte,
Fig. 2 den Deckel in Aufsicht,
Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht,
Fig. 4 eine Abänderung von Fig. 1.
Die rahmenartige Grundplatte a trägt die Eisenkerne b für die Spulen, den Zapfen c mit Schraubenende d für die Glocke, den Winkelansatz e für die Armatur, den Ansatz i für die Stellschraube und die Lappen 9 mit Löchern zum Aufhängen der Grundplatte au der wand. Die Löcher h dienen zur Aufnahme der beiden Klemmschrauben, die Löcher f zmu Eingreifen der am Deckel l angeordneten Schrauben m. Statt des festen Winkel- ansatze kann auch der gerade Lappen o (Fig. 4) angegossen werden, auf dem der Winkel n verstellt werden kann. Der Metalldeckcl hat einen Schlitz für den Glocken- klöppel. Die Rückseite des Grundplattenrahmens wird durch eine dunne fsolierplatte aus \ulcanisierter Fiber geschlossen.

Metal casing for electric bells.
The housing is designed as a metal housing to be cast in two parts in the form of a base plate with the same cover. The invention aims to save the carpentry work on such housings.

The frame-like base plate a carries the iron cores b for the coils, the pin c with screw end d for the bell, the angled attachment e for the armature, the attachment i for the adjusting screw and the flap 9 with holes for hanging the base plate on the wall. The holes h are used to receive the two clamping screws, the holes f for the engagement of the screws m arranged on the cover l. Instead of the fixed angle attachment, the straight flap o (Fig. 4) can also be cast on, on which the angle n can be adjusted. The metal deck has a slot for the bell clapper. The back of the base plate frame is closed by a thin insulating plate made of ulcanized fiber.
