Slab made of synthetic material for the production of Schaohtausklachrichtungen with reinforced concrete backfilling.
The use of artificial stone slabs to expand shafts and wells is known. Such panels were also used as cladding panels in connection with an iron boton backfill. Since pressure-like rock requires double iron reinforcement in the concrete backfill, it was important for the design of the slabs that the reinforcement can be inserted into the backfill between the slabs. The previous cladding panels of this type had cumbersome shapes and therefore their production price was high.
The lining plate provided allows the concrete helicopter filling and the armature to be inserted between the plates without any difficulty and without the use of any templates. At the same time, it has the advantage of being inexpensive and quick to manufacture, since it is essentially flat.
The plate according to the invention is shown in FIG. 2 in elevation, plan view and in section, while FIG. 1 illustrates its use in the construction of a shaft.
The ring section-shaped plate P is provided on the side facing the inside of the shaft with a continuous edge strip 1ì and on the same plate surface on the side facing the rock face, advantageously with a support pin A on the middle. In the vicinity of the edge strip Fi there are openings 0 and 0 'in the plate. The panel dimensions depend on the local conditions and should be selected so that the panel weight does not exceed 40 kg for light dog handling at work.
The plates are assembled into rings in the manner shown in FIG. 1, with the construction proceeding upwards from a small wall foot. The plate groups of the wall base are anchored in the wall base using U-iron brackets. For this purpose, the plates of these groups show the through opening 1.
The panels are laid in such a way that the panels of a ring n lie fully on the joint "of the lower ring. Attachment A enables the joint between two panels of a ring to be supported downwards. The edge strip R forms the end against the By placing the plate rings on top of one another, flat ring-shaped cavities are created that are filled with concrete and accommodate the ring fitting.
The filling concrete and the fittings are of course placed at the same time as the panels are being built. If a slab ring has been completed and the filler concrete with the armature is tamped up to the level of the edge strip of the slab ring, the next slab ring is laid and cement compound is refilled. For the purpose of an intimate connection of the filling concrete to the slabs, cement paste is poured through openings 0 and O ', which also serve to accommodate vertical reinforcements.
