Eine weitgehendere, praktisch vallon Anforderungen genügende Beseitigung des Übelstandes ist zn erreichen, wenn die drei Teslaspulen mit Wechselströmen verschiedener Phase ; beispielsweise ans einem Drehstromnetz, gespeist werden. Da in diesem Fa ! ! s die Wechselstromkurven eine Verschiebung von 1200 gegeneinander aufweisen, sind die Partialentladungen derart gegeneinander verschoben, dass ihr gegenseitiger Abstand keinen schädlich grossen Wert mehr annehmen kann.
Steht kein Drehstrom zur Verwendung, so lässt sich annähernd das gleiche Ergebnis mit Einphasenstrom erzielen, der derart auf dio Primärkreiso zweier Teslittransformatorcn verteilt wird, dass der in der einen Stromverzweigung fliessende Strom eine entsprechende Phasenverschiebung gegen den der anderen aufweist.
