<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

The invention includes a lock.
Conventional locks, z. B. of boxes of swimming pools have on the door on a released by coin slot cylinder lock, the bolt can be rotated behind a frame part of the body of the box. Since such boxes mostly only have a plate thickness of 1 mm or less and also the bars are not particularly resistant, it is relatively easy to break up such boxes by the use of force. There are also boxes that have a hook-shaped latch on a closure part, z. B. a pin, can hook on the frame of the box. This can reduce the risk that a box will be broken, since a much higher force must be used to break the box.
In the course of advancing technology is also z. As in case of swimming pools or lockers over to make the locks no longer key operated, but via electrically operated closing mechanisms, the z. B. via smart cards or the like. This not only offers a higher safety standard, but also the possibility of being able to perform a remote control of the lock via an appropriate cabling or sufficiently secure wireless connection if, for B. the user of the box his "key", z. B. his smart card loses or this has become unusable for other reasons. There is no need for a service person to be available on-site if the person can not open their box anymore.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a lock with a hook-shaped latch and a closure part on which the latch can hook, to provide, which can be locked in a simple and secure manner and in particular for an electrical Actuation is suitable ,
This object is achieved in such a lock according to the invention in that the closure part is associated with a lock that prevents unlocking of the bolt. In the invention, the way is taken that unlike in such boxes or lockers usual twisting the bolt is not by a component, for. As a cylinder lock is prevented, which is mounted or attached to the same part, usually on the door of the box as the bolt. Rather, the lock is assigned to the closure part and thus usually attached to the frame or body of the box and prevents there that the bolt is moved from its locking with the closure part.
In addition to the possibility of a stable construction, this also offers the advantage that in the case of an electrically operated lock, the cabling expenditure and also the risk of malfunction can be reduced by intentional, unintentional or wear-related damage to the cable, since no cable is the hinge or hinge of the cable Door has to bridge. It is sufficient if a simple manually operable sliding or knob is attached to the door.
In one embodiment of the invention, it is possible for the barrier to engage directly on the latch. This construction would be a simple and reliable solution.
In the context of the invention, however, it is preferred if the closure part is movable and has a locking surface which prevents unlocking of the bolt, and that the lock acts on the closure part. The advantage of this construction is, inter alia, in the mentioned boxes or lockers or the like, that the space for the accommodation of the closure part and the lock is usually cramped and can be easily solved the desired barrier effect of the lock on the bolt in some cases.
Further preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the remaining subclaims.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 shows a lock according to the invention in the state installed in a box, which is indicated only schematically, FIG. 2 shows only the lock without box in the opened state, FIG. 3 the lock without box in the locked state and FIG. 4 the lock in FIG an explosive representation.
Fig. 1 shows the lock according to the invention, as it could be installed in a box of a swimming pool. The box has a door 1 and a side wall 2. On the door 1, a bolt 3 is rotatably mounted. Actuates the bolt 3 can be by means of a knob 4,
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
whose shaft passes through the plate of the door 1 and is rotatably connected to the latch 3.
At a multiple angled edge 5 of the wall 2, a U-shaped groove 6 opened in the interior of the box is formed. In this groove 6 a mounting plate 7 is fixed, for. B. angeet, which has substantially two mutually perpendicular sections. The first portion 8 is in the mounted state on the adjacent leg 1 of the door 9 of the groove 6.
The second section 10 is directed towards the wall 2 of the box and closes off the groove 6 in sections, in order to avoid damage or sabotage of the lock. Finally, at the upper and lower end of the first section 8, two fastening tabs 11, 12 are bent, with which the mounting plate 7 is riveted to the wall 2 of the box.
In the door 1 facing portion 8 of the mounting plate 7, a slot 13 is attached, through which the bolt 3 protrudes in the closed state of the castle. In the area next to the slot 13, a closure member 14 is rotatably mounted on a bearing pin 15 such that it can be rotated immediately in front of the slot 13. In that area in which the closure part 14 comes to lie exactly in front of the slot 13, it has a recess 16. through which the bolt 3 protrudes. At the recess 16, the closure part 14 has a lower closing surface 17 and an upper locking surface 18. The opening in the closure part 14, through which the bearing journal 15 protrudes, is arranged in the region next to the recess 16 and in particular the closing surface 17.
By this arrangement, the closing surface 17 always remains in the region of the slot 13, even if the closure member 14 is in the open position.
Therefore, when the latch 3 is rotated from the open position shown in Figs. 1 and 2 to the closed position shown in Fig. 3, it comes to lie on the closing surface 17 and subsequently rotates the closure member in the counterclockwise direction in the closed position shown in FIG 3 shown position, in which the latch 3 is received in the recess 16. From this position, the bolt 3 can only be turned back to the open position shown in FIG. 1 and 2, when the closure member 14 was first rotated counterclockwise in the position shown in Fig. 1 and 2.
To complicate the aforementioned violent pulling out of the bolt 3, the latch has a hook-shaped end 19, which is formed by a recess 20 just before the free end of the bolt. Since the hook-shaped end 19 projects in the locked state behind the recess 16 in the closure part 14, thus the narrowed in its width by the recess 20 on the latch portion of the bolt almost completely fills the recess 16 in the closure member 14, it is not possible without great force to inactivate the latch 3 from the lock so that the closure part 14 unintentionally moves out of its locking position according to FIG. 3 into its open position according to FIG.
1 and 2, it has at its lower, the recess 16 opposite end of a latch-like recess 21 into which a pin 22 protrudes on an armature 23 of a solenoid 24 when the lock is closed. The solenoid 24 is attached by means of a yoke-like bracket 25 to the portion 10 of the mounting plate 7 and designed so that the armature in the energized state down, that is, pulled out of the latch-like recess 21. In the de-energized state, the armature by a spring upwards, that is pressed against the closure member 14.
A spring 26, which is biased such that the closure part 14 is pressed into the open position, is fastened to the bearing journal 15 of the closure part.
The opening and closing mechanism of the lock according to the invention takes place in such a way that the bolt 3 is rotated into the slot 13 starting from the position shown in FIG. 2 in the counterclockwise direction. The closure member 14 is pressed in this state by the spring 26 counterclockwise to the right of the slot 13. As soon as the bolt 3 comes into abutment with the closing surface 17, the closure member 14 is rotated counterclockwise until, apart from the recess 16, through which the bolt 3 projects, the slot 13 closes. At this moment, the pin 22 slides on the armature 23 in the recess 21 on the closure member 14 and prevents the closure member 14 is rotated again in the open position.
The solenoid 24 thus serves as a barrier against unintentional opening of the lock, since the bolt 3 can not be opened by the blocking surface 18 on the closure member 14.
If, however, the solenoid 24 is energized, the pin 22 is pulled by the armature 23 from the depression 21 and the closure member 14 is rotated by the force of the spring 26 in a clockwise direction, whereby the latch 3 is released and with the knob 4 back in that in Fig. 1
<Desc / Clms Page 3>
shown position can be rotated, after which the door 1 of the box can be opened.
In summary, an embodiment of the invention can be represented as follows:
A lock has a hook-shaped latch and a closure part, on which the latch can hook on. The closure part is movable and has a locking surface which prevents unlocking of the bolt. On the closure part acts a solenoid as a lock, which prevents the release of the bolt.
