completely insensitive, even long-term exposure has no effect.

With artificial light of greater brightness or higher content of effective rays, obscuring can be avoided by moving the light source further away.

Another invention is that in addition to the filter dyes, chemicals such as phenolphthalein are introduced into the emulsion that do not affect the emulsion, but enter into chemical compounds with the alkali of the developer and thereby cause the emulsion to color in the developer, which as Protective coloring, for example red, is used for the emulsion. This makes even muted rays of daylight insensitive.

Another new effect of the dyes used is that, in addition to the filter effect, they also act as ep! rather sensitizer act on the emulsion.

For the application of the invention, it does not matter whether the emulsion is colored before or after it is applied to the substrates. One or more dye carriers can also be used. The dyes used should be completely removable from the recording material.

PATENT CLAIMS: 1. Photographic recording material (plates, film, paper, etc.) with added color which causes a weakening of the photosensitivity, characterized by coloring with violet dyes or their nuances, which render the actinic rays of certain types of artificial light harmless, without significantly impairing the effectiveness of daylight.

Claims (1)

2. Photographic recording material according to claim 1, characterized in that, in addition to the filter dyes, chemicals that do not affect the ejaulsion, for example phenolphtaleïn, are introduced which, with the alkali of the developer, form chemical compounds which cause the emulsion to color in the developer and act as protective coloring for you Serve emulsion, so that even muted rays of daylight are rendered ineffective. 3. 3. Photographic recording material according to claim 1, characterized in that the dyes used act on the emulsion, new to the filter effect, in their property as an optical sensitizer.
