Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Dämpfer für bewegbare Möbelteile, insbesondere für Türen, mit einem Dämpfergehäuse in dem ein Stössel verschiebbar gelagert ist.
Weiters bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein Möbel mit einem Möbelkorpus und mindestens einer am Möbelkorpus mittels Scharnieren gelagerten Türe, wobei ein zwischen der Türe und dem Möbelkorpus wirksamer Dämpfer vorgesehen ist.
Im modernen Möbelbau finden Dämpfer Verwendung, die verhindern sollen, dass zu schnell oder mit zuviel Kraft bewegte Möbelteile in der jeweiligen Endstellung zu einer starken Erschütte- rung des Möbels führen. Insbesondere werden solche Dämpfer eingesetzt, um die Schliessbewe- gung einer Türe oder einer Schublade im hintersten Bereich abzudämpfen. Als Dämpfer werden sowohl Lineardämpfer, die als Pneumatik- oder als Hydraulikdämpfer ausgeführt sein können, eingesetzt, als auch als Rotationsdämpfer ausgeführte Flüssigkeitsdämpfer. Soll nach dem be- kannten Stand der Technik eine Türe gedämpft werden, wird der Dämpfer allgemein an einer Möbelseitenwand oder einem Möbelboden montiert.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Dämpfer dahingehend zu verbessern, als die Montage an Möbel rationeller erfolgen kann. Insbesondere soll mit dem erfindungsgemässen Dämpfer die industrielle Fertigung von Möbeln erreicht werden.
Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass das Dämpfergehäuse gelenkig mit einem an einem Möbelteil befestigbaren Anschlagteil verbunden ist.
Das erfindungsgemässe Möbel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagteil an der Türe befestigt ist und das Dämpfergehäuse sich beim Schliessen der Türe zumindest im letzten Schliess- bereich an der Innenseite einer Wand des Möbelkorpus abstützt.
Während an den Möbelseitenwänden nur Dübellöcher für die Befestigung der Grundplatten von Scharnieren oder Schubladenschienen gebohrt werden und an den Unter- und Oberböden eines Möbelkorpusses ausser Möbelverbindern im allgemeinen keine Beschläge vorgesehen sind, wer- den in Türen oder Klappen Bohrungen mit 35 mm Durchmesser gebohrt, die das Einsetzen von Schamiertopfen ermöglichen. Erfindungsgemäss weisen nun die Dämpfer Anschlagteile in der Form von Scharniertöpfen auf, die in Bohrungen für Scharniertöpfe einsetzbar sind. Somit ist es möglich, bei der Bearbeitung einer Tür oder Klappe Bohrungen sowohl für die Scharniere bzw. Scharnier- töpfe, als auch für die Anschlagteile der Scharniere mit demselben Werkzeug durchzuführen.
Vorteilhaft ist dabei vorgesehen, dass der Anschlagteil in eine Bohrung in der Türe eingesetzt ist, die den gleichen Durchmesser aufweist, wie die Bohrungen durch die Scharniertöpfe und die sich im Rasterabstand von den Bohrungen für die Scharniertöpfe befindet. Ein vorteilhaftes Aus- führungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht eine zwischen dem Anschlagteil und dem Dämpfergehäuse wirksame Feder vor. Die Feder, die vorzugsweise als Schenkelfeder ausgebildet ist, drückt den Anschlagteil immer zur Möbelseitenwand. Im Falle einer Klappe zum Ober- oder Unterboden des Möbelkorpusses, je nach dem, wo die Klappe angelenkt ist.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen :

Das erfindungsgemässe Möbel weist einen Möbelkorpus 1 mit zwei Seitenwänden 2 auf, wobei an einer Seitenwand 2 eine Möbelfront in der Form einer Türe 3 mittels Scharnieren 4 angelenkt ist. An der Möbelseitenwand 2 ist jeweils ein Scharnierarm 5 eines Scharnieres 4 mittels einer Grundplatte 6 befestigt. Die Möbelfront bzw. die Türe 3 ist mit Bohrungen 7 versehen, in die die Scharniertöpfe 8 der Scharniere 4 in bekömmlicher Weise eingesetzt sind.
Zusätzlich zu den Bohrungen 7, in die Scharniertöpfe 8 eingesetzt sind, ist die Türe 3 mit .einer weiteren Bohrungen 7 gleichen Durchmessers versehen, in die der Anschlagteil 9 des erfindungs-

gemässen Dämpfers 10 eingesetzt ist. Der Dämpfer 10 ist somit an der Türe 3 montiert.
Der Anschlagteil 9 ist mit den äusseren Umrissen eines Schamiertopfes 8 ausgeführt und weist einen Flansch 11 auf, der Öffnungen 12 über Befestigungsschrauben aufweist, die sich im gleichen Abstand wie die Öffnungen in den Flanschen der Scharniertöpfe 8 finden. Das Dämpfergehäuse 13 ist über eine Achse 14 mit dem scharniertopfartigen Anschlagteil 9 verbunden. Das Dämpferge- häuse 13 weist dabei den Arm 15 auf, der in die Aussparung 16 des Anschlagteiles 9 ragt. Auf der Achse 14 lagert eine Schenkelfeder 17, die den Anschlagteil 9 und das Dämpfergehäuse 13 ausei- nanderdrückt, das heisst in die in der Fig. 3 gezeigte Stellung, die der eines Scharnieres in der Offenstellung entspricht.
In das Dämpfergehäuse 13 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ein Lineardämpfer 18 einge- setzt. Der Lineardämpfer 18 weist einen Zylinder 19 auf, in dem ein Kolben verfahrbar ist. Die Kolbenstange des Lineardämpfers bildet den Stössel 20.
Wie insbesondere aus der Fig. 1 ersichtlich, kann der erfindungsgemässe Dämpfer 10 an der Türe 3 genauso wie ein Scharnier 4 montiert werden. Korpusseitig ist keine Montage notwendig, das Dämpfergehäuse 13 wird von der Feder 17 immer an die Innenseite der Möbelseitenwand 2 gedrückt.
Wenn die Türe 3 geschlossen wird, drückt der Flansch 11 des Anschlagteiles 9 wie in den Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigt auf den Stössel 20 des Lineardämpfers 19.
Der Anschlagteil 9 ist dabei mit einer schrägen Anschlagfläche 21 versehen, die zur Achse 14 geneigt ist und die während des Dämpfungsvorgangs unmittelbar am Stössel 20 anliegt.
ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Dämpfer für bewegbare Möbelteile, insbesondere für Türen, mit einem Dämpfergehäuse in dem ein Stössel verschiebbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfer- gehäuse (13) gelenkig mit einem an einem Möbelteil befestigbaren Anschlagteil (9) ver- bunden ist.

In modern furniture construction, dampers are used to prevent furniture parts moving too fast or with too much force in the respective end position leading to a strong vibration of the furniture. In particular, such dampers are used to dampen the closing movement of a door or a drawer in the rearmost area. As a damper both linear damper, which can be designed as a pneumatic or hydraulic damper, used as well as a rotary damper designed fluid damper. If, according to the known state of the art, a door is to be damped, the damper is generally mounted on a furniture side wall or a furniture floor.
The object of the invention is to improve a damper to the effect that the installation of furniture can be rational. In particular, the industrial production of furniture to be achieved with the inventive damper.
The inventive object is achieved in that the damper housing is pivotally connected to a fastened to a furniture part stop member.

When the door 3 is closed, the flange 11 of the stop member 9 presses on the plunger 20 of the linear damper 19, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.
The stop member 9 is provided with an inclined stop surface 21 which is inclined to the axis 14 and which rests directly on the plunger 20 during the damping process.
