Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Zigarettenwickelvorrichtung in Dosenform mit Wickeltuch zur Selbstanfertigung gerollter Zigaretten.,
Von anderen ähnlichen Konstruktionen unterscheidet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand hauptsächlich dadurch, dass ein eigener Raum für die Wicklung der Zigarette geschaffen ist, welcher fast die ganze Fläche des Zylindermantel der sich um ihre Längsachse drehenden Zigarette umschliesst. Es wird dadurch verhindert, dass die mit dem sich aufrollenden Leinwandstreifen umhüllte Walze, welche stetig an Durchmesser zunimmt, die sich bildende Zigarette klemmt, unfertig auswirft oder das Hüllpapier zerreisst.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand zeichnet sich aber noch durch andere Merkmale vor ähnlichen derartigen Konstruktionen aus. Die ganze Wickelvorrichtung kann nach Entfernung des Gelenkstiftes des Deckels herausgenommen, von Tabakresten, Staub usw. gereinigt und ebenso leicht wieder eingefügt werden.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch die Dose bei offenem Deckel (das Wickeltuch ist strichpunktiert angedeutet) ; Fig. 2 ist der zugehörige Grundriss ; Fig. 3 eine Ansicht von links in Fig. 1 mit Schnitt durch die Wickelvorrichtung ; Fig. 4 und 5 stellen die Tuchwalze im Schnitt und ihr Sperradwerk vor ; Fig. 6 die Feder, Fig. 7, 8 und 9 Schnitt, Ansicht und Draufsicht der aus der Dose genommenen Wickel vorrichtung ohne die beweglichen Teile.
Die Wickelvorrichtung besteht im wesentlichen aus der Tuchwalze und ihrem Sperr- werk samt Feder. Dise tauchwalze ist eine Metallhülse a (Fig. 4), an deren Ende ein Sperr- rädchen b befestigt ist. In dieses Sperrädchen greift ein Sperrkegel c (Fig. 5), welcher am
Gelenkstift des Deckels drehbar gelagert werden kann und durch eine Feder gegen die
Zähne des Sperrädchens gepresst wird. Die Htilse a hat einen durchlaufenden Stift als
Achse, um welchen eine einerseits an den Stift, andererseits an der Hülse befestigte
Schraubenfeder gewickelt ist. Dieser Stift ist an seinen beiden Enden mit den Gehause- wänden der Dose starr verbunden (Fig. 3). An der Hülse a ist als Wickeltuch oin Leiuwandstreifen befestigt.
Am Fusse des Deckels ist eine flachrinnenförmige Feder angeordnet, welche bei zugeklapptem Deckel den Wickelraum abschliesst und so vervollständigt.

The subject matter of the invention differs from other similar constructions mainly in that a separate space is created for the winding of the cigarette which encloses almost the entire surface of the cylinder jacket of the cigarette rotating about its longitudinal axis.
