Fig. 2) gelagert ist.

In der geöffneten, d. h. also

The emptied tray is pushed back into the initial position in the kiln 9, the angle iron M is removed from the axis 11 and attached to the next until all the trays are emptied. In order to enable the latter to be pulled out, slots a1 are provided on the end walls of the trays for the rod h1 to pass through, and the covers d are separated from one another by a gap. This gap (Fig. 1) is closed after the tray has been filled and closed by a flap o extending over the entire length of the same, which is rotatable on one of the lid frames and also displaceable lengthways slightly outwards (by arranging slots on the hinge the flap. Fig. 2) is mounted.

When it is pushed back, the flap o is then brought into engagement with hooks p attached to the shelf, thereby fixing the two covers II and closing the shelf. When opening or pulling the same, the flap must of course be open. In the open, d. H. so

a closing of the kiln is prevented by the fact that the lid of the same would hit the protruding flap o (Fig. 2) when it is closed, as well as a turning of the hurdle that is not closed, since the flap is against the lower lid here! J2 pushes. In this way, the latter thus forms a safeguard against the commissioning of the improperly closed tray.

In order to prevent the hops from falling on top of one another or from accumulating laterally within the tray when they are turned, the interior of the latter is subdivided by inserted grids or the like.

     PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Hop kiln with housing-like trays arranged side by side and rotatable against one another, characterized in that the trays are mounted so that they can be pushed out on their axes of rotation for the purpose of quick and easy loading and emptying.

2. Hop kiln according to claim 1, characterized in that the axes for guiding the trays are provided with an angle iron or the like. Rail, which the trays take with them when the axes (b) are rotated and for pulling out the trays by a similar, EMI2.2 Hooks are set and which in its open position also serves as a safeguard against putting the unlocked horde into operation.
