  SchaufelungssegmentfürTurbinen. 



   Eine Reihe deutscher Patentschriften (z. B. D. R. P. Nr. 152258, 170065, 178626 und 180142) zeigen, dass es bekannt ist, auf die Enden von Dampfturbinenschaufeln profilierte Bänder zu setzen. Zweck dieser Anordnungen ist teils Erhöhung der Festigkeit, toils Verbesserung der Abdichtung. Die meisten von ihnen sind aber   dera ! tig gebaut,   dass sie ein beträchtliches Stück   Ringnlche   zwischen Welle und Zylinder dem Durchgange des Dampfes entziehen.

   Sie veranlassen dadurch (ebenso wie etwa hervorstehende   Schaufelwurzeln)   die Entstehung toter Räume, welche die Leistungsfähigkeit   der Maschine ausserordentlich ungünstig beeinflussen,   indem der Dampf, der infolge seiner   Expansionskraft   das Bestreben hat, den ganzen Querschnitt auszufüllen, in sie eindringt und Wirbel bildet. 



   Um diesem   tue, stande   zu begegnen, sind verschiedene Konstruktionen ersonnen worden. 



  Unter anderem hat man den Deckring mit einer derartig gegen die axiale Richtung geneigten Fläche ausgerüstet, dass der   auftreffende   Dampf nach den Schaufeln zu abgelenkt wird (vgl. D. R. P.   Nr.   171793, 172108 und 186202, Fig. 7 und 8). 



   Die Erfindung bezicht sich nun auf Schaufelungssegmente mit an   Deckringe   der letztgenannten Art angenieteten Schaufeln und bezweckt, bei solchen Segmenten die inner* Begrenzung des Deckbandes und die entsprechende Begrenzung der Schaufelköpfe derart auszubilden, dass die Stellung der Schaufeln zum Deckbande schon beim Annieten ausserhalb der Maschine durch diese Begrenzung festgelegt ist. Es handelt sich also hier um die segmentweise Herstellung der

   A number of German patents (e.g. D. R. P. Nos. 152258, 170065, 178626 and 180142) show that it is known to put profiled strips on the ends of steam turbine blades. The purpose of these arrangements is partly to increase the strength, toils to improve the sealing. But most of them are dera! They are built in such a way that they remove a considerable amount of the annular space between the shaft and cylinder from the passage of steam.

   They cause (as well as protruding blade roots) the creation of dead spaces, which have an extremely unfavorable effect on the performance of the machine, as the steam, which tends to fill the entire cross-section due to its expansion force, penetrates into it and forms eddies.



   Various constructions have been devised to counteract this.



  Among other things, the cover ring has been equipped with a surface inclined against the axial direction in such a way that the impinging steam is deflected towards the blades (see D. R. P. No. 171793, 172108 and 186202, FIGS. 7 and 8).



   The invention now relates to blade segments with blades riveted to cover rings of the last-mentioned type and aims to form the inner limitation of the shroud and the corresponding limitation of the blade heads in such segments in such a way that the position of the blades relative to the shroud already occurs when riveting outside the machine this limit is fixed.
