Description

Process for the metered delivery of reactive adhesives for fastening
Feeding and / or fastening semipermeable membranes in
Gloves.
The process relates to the manufacture of gloves, in particular the problematic attachment of linings and the permanent attachment of semi-permeable membranes.
So far, so-called mesh adhesives, double-sided adhesive tapes, the punctiform or caterpillar-shaped application of adhesives have been used for the fastening of linings and semi-permeable membranes, but these impair breathability or, if hygiene reasons require washing gloves, at higher temperatures from approx. 60 C, lose their property of permanent fixation of the feed or the semipermeable membrane.
Then it happens again and again that the lining can be completely pulled out of the glove with the semi-permeable membrane. In addition, care must be taken in the area of the fingers and fingertips to ensure that not too much adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape that is too bulky is used in order not to create an unpleasant or annoying feeling in this sensitive area.
The task of the process is to permanently and permanently connect the lining and the semipermeable membrane.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by using cartridge hot spray guns. The gun, operated with compressed air, makes it possible to apply the adhesive, which is heated between 50 and 200 C, very precisely and precisely. The use of reactive adhesives means that such an adhesive point cannot be dissolved physically, thermally or chemically. This is particularly useful for gloves that should be washed for hygienic reasons, such as work, fire, sports gloves and the like.
The breathability of a semi-permeable membrane is not impaired by the fine and targeted metering of the amount of adhesive.
The important "dexterity" is not affected by the fine and targeted metering of the amount of adhesive. This prevents thickening or hardening due to adhesive in the area of the fingertips.
