  Verfahren zum Behandeln von Faserstoffen    tür'Bleiohzwecke mU Ozon.   



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Behandeln von Faserstoffen für Bleichzwecke, insbesondere von Wäsche, mit Ozon. 



   Man hat schon Textilgut mittels Ozons gebleicht, indem man das angefeuchtete Textilgut der Einwirkung von Ozon aussetzt. Die bisherige Anwendung des Ozons ergibt aber nur eine verhältnismässig schwache Bleichwirkung, da das Ozon hiebei nur von aussen auf die Ware einwirkt, indem es um sie herumströmt. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung wird in eine zur Behandlung der Faserstoffe dienende Schleuder während des Schleuderprozesses ozonisierter Wasserstaub eingeführt, welcher durch Zerstäuben von Wasser durch ozonisierten Luftstrom erzeugt wird. Hiedurch wird eine vollständige Durchbleichung der Ware erreicht, da infolge der Schleuderwirkung der ozonisierte Wasserstaub vollständig durch die Ware hindurchdringt, wobei jede einzelne Faser, selbst die Korafaser jedes einzelnen Fadens, durch den ozonisierten Wasserstaub getroffen wird. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist schematisch dargestellt, wie das Verfahren ausgeübt werden kann. 



   In der Schleuder a sind die Faserstoffe bzw. ist dit   W Wäsche b untergebracht.   Über dem   Behälter   der Schleuder ist ein zur Zuführung von Wasser dienendes Rohr c und ein quer zu diesem Rohr stehendes Rohr d angebracht. durch welch letzteres ein ozonisierter Luftstrom hindurchgetrieben wird. 



   Zur   Ausübung des   Verfahrens werden, nachdem die Schleuder in Gaug gesetzt ist, beide Rohre c und d geöffnet, wobei der durch d austretende, auf die Ausmündung des Rohres c auftretende ozonisierte Luftstrom das aus c austretende Wasser zerstäubt und der   hindurch erzeugte ozonisierte Wasserstaub   auf die in   der Schteuder befindliche Ware b   aufgespritzt wird. Infolge der   Zeutrifugalwirkung     bei Umdrehung   der Schleuder dringt der aufgespritzte ozonisierte Wasserstaub vollständig und gleichmässig durch die Ware hindurch. so dass eine vollkommene Bleichwirkung ausgeübt wird.

   The present invention relates to a method for treating fibrous materials for bleaching purposes, in particular laundry, with ozone.



   Textiles have already been bleached using ozone by exposing the moistened textile material to the action of ozone. The previous use of ozone only has a comparatively weak bleaching effect, since the ozone only acts on the goods from the outside by flowing around them.



   According to the invention, ozonized water dust is introduced into a centrifugal machine used for treating the fibrous material during the centrifugal process, which water dust is generated by atomizing water by an ozonated air stream. This achieves complete bleaching of the fabric, since the ozonated water dust penetrates completely through the fabric as a result of the centrifugal effect, with each individual fiber, even the Kora fiber of each individual thread, being hit by the ozonized water dust.



   The drawing shows schematically how the process can be carried out.
