  Befestigung von Blechen auf den Kühlplatten von   Seifen-Kühlvorrichtungen.   



   Bei den Vorrichtungen zum Kühlen flüssiger Seife hat man bisher in der Regel Gussplatten verwendet, auf welche Nickelbleche aufgeschraubt waren, zu dem   Zwecke, die Seifenmassc vor   Rost zu schützen. Da es bisher nicht gelungen ist, eine dauerhafte   Vernicklung   der Gussplatte   auszuführen,   musste man zu diesem Hilfsmittel greifen. Da nun aber die Nickelbleche niemals vollkommen eben sind und bei ihrer geringen Stärke zu Ausbauchungen neigen, so konnte man es nicht vermeiden,   dass   zwischen   der Gussplatte   und dem   Nickelblech   noch Hohlräume bestehen blieben.

   Diese mit Luft gefüllten Hohlräume gaben aber Veranlassung zum Rosten der Gussplatte, so dass sich im Laufe der Zeit   grössere Rostmengen   unter dem Nickelblech ansammelten. 



  Das hatte aber wieder zur Folge, dass das Nickelblech noch weiter ausgebaucht wurde, wodurch die   Seifenplatten eine ungleichmässige   Dicke erhielten. Insbesonders weiche Seifen geben, sobald der Druck, mit dem die Seife in die Vorrichtung eingepresst wird, aufhört, der Druckwirkung des Bleches nach, wodurch die Seifenplatte in der Mitte dinner wird als am Rande. Die Hohlräume haben schliesslich den Nachteil, dass die   Kühlwirkung   der Platte infolge der isolierenden Wirkung der Luftschichten ungleichmässig wird. 



   Allen diesen   Übelständen   kann man dadurch abhelfen, dass man die   Nicketbleche   mit der Gussplatte durch Aufkitten verbindet. Da man bei Verwendung von Kitt das Blech mit der Guss- platte auf der ganzen Berührungsfläche verbinden kann, so wird das Ausbauchen des Bleches vollkommen verhütet. Selbstverständlich muss man einen   geeigneten Kitt wählen, welcher das
