Device to facilitate thread tension8 regulation on cup embroidery machines while the machine is running.

As is known, a number of devices are provided on the shuttle embroidery machine, which are intended for regulating or changing the thread tension. These include the braking device for the emery machine. lze, the device for engaging and disengaging the emery roller locking device and the device for changing the stroke of the small face guide and possibly also that of the large thread guide. For all these devices, special hand levers are provided at the sticker stand, by means of which the device concerned can be switched on and off or regulated.

The actuation of these hand levers usually has to be done while the machine is running, and, as is easy to see, the sticker requires great skill,
 EMI1.1
Hand to find the lever in question and adjust it correctly, even more so. since meanwhile he has to keep his eyes fixed on the pattern drawing.

The object of the present invention now aims to facilitate the thread tightening regulation while the machine is running in that the related actuator of at least one of the thread tightening regulators arranged on the embroidery machine is mounted on the pantograph arm itself in such a way that the sticker is in each pantograph. cllung easily reach canal. In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown, namely:
1 shows an embodiment of the device for switching the brake roller locking device on and off, while FIG. 2 shows, as a further embodiment, a device for shortening the stroke of the small thread ladder.

In Fig. 1, 1 and 2 denote the emery rollers, which are known to be provided with brake disks and ratchet wheels, the latter for the purpose of being able to periodically lock the rollers by a device controlled by the main shaft in order to achieve a sharp tightening

Except for the actual embroidery machine, the present invention can also be used to advantage that of the card-making machine for the production of jacquard cards, be this one
