Die bisher bekanntgewordenen elastischen Schuhabsatzflecke aus Gummi oder dgl. haben den Nachteil, dass sich der den Einsatzfleck umgebende Teil des Absatzfleckes bald abnutzt, wodurch dessen häufigeres Auswechseln erforderlich wird. Dieser Übelstand wird gemäss vorliegender Erfindung dadurch behoben, dass die den Einsatzfneck umgebende Fläche des Absatzfleckes mit einer an demselben befestigten, dünnen Platte aus beliebigem geeigneten Metalle (Metallblech) bedeckt ist.

Das Blech d, ist zu demselben Zwecke mit Löchern h versehen, welche den Löchern f gegen- über zu stehen haben. An jener Stelle, an welcher erfahrungsgemäss die grösste Abnutzung des Absatzfleckes a zu erfolgea, ist für einen grösseren Abbtand zwischen dem Rand desselben und dem Rand des Lederfleckes o gesorgt. Dortselbst ist das Blech d mit einer Riffelung i versehen oder sonstwie aufgerauht, um ein Ausgleiten möglichst zu verhindern. Ist das Blech d z.
