Abstract

Ein Feuerlöschbehälter (1) mit Löschmittel befüllt und permanent mit 15 bar unter Druck, versehen mit einer Armatur (2) und einer Thermoglasampulle (3) die bei einer Temperatur von ca. 140o C zerberstet. Dadurch gleitet der Richtungszerstäuber (4) in seine Position und verteilt das austretende Löschmittel auf den Brandherd. Das System ist gedacht für geschlossene Räume wie z.B. im Motorraum bei PKW, LKW, Bussen, Schiffen, Zügen usw.A fire extinguisher container (1) filled with extinguishing agent and permanently at 15 bar under pressure, provided with a fitting (2) and a thermo glass ampoule (3) which bursts at a temperature of approx. 140oC.   Die Auslösung der Anlage erfolgt automatisch durch Temperaturanstieg (Feuer). Bei ca. 



     140 C   zerberstet die Thermoglasampulle (3) und die Tellerdichtung (10) wird durch den hohen Innendruck sowie den beweglichen Richtungszerstäuber (4) geöffnet. Aus dem Steigrohr (5) gleitet der Richtungszerstäuber (4) über eine   Führungsschiene   (11) und nimmt die Position der zerbersteten Glasampulle (3) ein. Auf der Vorderseite des Richtungszerstäubers (4) befindet sich eine waagrechte Öffnung (12) wodurch das Löschmittel mit ca. 15 bar fächerförmig auf den Brandherd aufgebracht wird. 



  Dadurch, dass die Feuerlöschanlage direkt im Feuerzentrum plaziert ist, benötigt man sehr wenig Löschmittel um erfolgreich zu sein. 



  Zusätzlich könnte man diese Anlage durch ein Kraftelement (8) manuell auslösen. Durch Stromzufuhr im Kraftelement (8) löst eine Detonation einen Kolben im   Kraftelement   aus, der die Glasampulle (3) zum Bersten bringt.
