Leiste a'am Bodenrahmen eindringen.

Mold for making roof tiles.
In the production of roof tiles from any plastic material, molds have been used up to now, the bottom of which could be raised and lowered in a closed frame in order to expose the molding. It has also been proposed to link the side parts to the bottom of the mold or to dismantle the mold altogether, for example by engaging the side parts in slots, which is associated with various disadvantages. In order to fix the profiled mold base in the form and to be able to expose and grasp the molding without the use of an ejector device, according to the invention it can be inserted laterally into a slot in the mold wall and is held down by a profiling strip attached to a side wall that can be inserted vertically into the mold frame.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the form according to the invention, namely FIG. 1 in a perspective view and FIGS. 2 and 3 in sections along the line A-B and C-D of FIG. 1, while FIG. 4 shows a detail.
The form consists of the base frame a, to which the side bar d is firmly connected. This forms a slot b with angled strip c, into which the profiled mold base can be pushed laterally. On the other sides, the form content is limited by the side walls f, g, h, which are fixed in the manner described below by inserting them from above.
The side wall 9 opposite the guide b can be pushed vertically into a slot on the floor frame and with a bar i for producing the groove to be formed on the underside of the roof tile and for holding down the mold floor as well
EMI1.1
Angle bar d provided. To connect the wall 9 to the frame a are on the
Wall pins I attached (Fig. 1 and 3), in corresponding incisions m a
Penetrate ledge a'on the floor frame. The other two side walls f, h are provided with incisions n and handles o (FIGS. 1 and 4).
The shape is put together in such a way that first the mold bottom c is pushed into the slot, then the side wall 9 is inserted into the frame a and fixed by the pins I and the incisions m, whereupon the incisions n of the side walls f, h with the incisions k of the side wall 9 and the angle bar d are engaged. As a result, a completely solid, but easily assembled and dismantled form is created without any special holding organ.
The molding is left in the mold until it is sufficiently firm to be treated further. Then the side walls j, g. 11. excavated and finally the mold bottom with simultaneous pulling out of the slot b with the molding removed.
The angle irons d, e can also be arranged so as to be removable in a manner different from that described, similar to the side wall 9, but this is generally not necessary.
