Abstract
Kern der technischen Funktionsweise ist die Ausnützung des SMS (short message service)-Standards mit automatischer Rufnummernerkennung und die Verknüpfung einkommender SMS-Nachrichten mit Telefonnummer und Nickname auf einem zentralen Server. Über die verknüpften Informationen werden von diesem zentralen Server entsprechende SMS generiert und an die Zielpersonen versendet.The core of the technical functionality is the use of the SMS (short message service) standard with automatic call number recognition and the linking of incoming SMS messages with telephone number and nickname on a central server. Besonderheiten : Da der gesamte SMS-Standard (in 3 Monaten auch EMS) eine vollautomatische Rufnummernidentifikation beinhaltet, ist bei der Registrierung keine Angabe der eigenen Telefonnummer erforderlich. Selbst bei Deaktivieren der Rufnummernidentifikation durch den Benutzer wird bei SMS-Nachrichten die Nummer mitgesendet (im Gegensatz zur Mobiltelefonie). Dies ermöglicht also die eindeutige Identifikation des SMS-Versenders durch den Server. Somit erfolgt die Registrierung ohne eine direkte Übermittlung der Telefonnummer (also maximal vereinfacht).
Der wesentliche Unterschied zu bereits bestehenden Diensten ist, dass ausschliesslich das Handy und kein weiteres Medium für die Reglstnerung notwendig ist (wie z. B. Internet bei p2. com). D. h. die wesentliche Logik des Systems ergibt sich aus der Möglichkeit, sich überail ohne Einschränkungen via Handy In Form einer SMS-Nachncht bei diesem Service anzumelden.

Technische Beschreibung (Programmlogik) Hier müssen 2 Ebenen unterschieden werden : Der Benutzer Der Sender/Empfänger hat als Endgerät sein Handy und kommuniziert über SMSNachrichten mit dem System.
Der Server (zentrale Logik des Systems) : a) Empfangen der SMS-Nachrichten Dies geschieht entweder über ein GSM-Hardwaremodul mit direkter Schnittstelle zum Server oder über eine Weiterleitung der SMS-Nachrichten an den Server z. B. über Datenleitung b) Verknüpfung von Nickname und Handynummer Nicknames und zugehörige Handynummern werden in einer Datenbank am Server verwaltet.
Die Empfänger-Nicknames der eingehende SMS-Nachrichten werden geprüft. Ist ein Nickname bereits registriert, wird die Nachricht an die zugeordnete Handynummer gesendet (wiederum über SMS-Hardware oder via Datenleitung). Somit wird eine vollständige Anonymisierung gegenüber Sender und Empfänger durch den zwischengeschalteten Service erreicht c) Versenden der SMS-Nachrichten Dies geschieht wiederum über ein GMS-Hardware-Modul oder eine Datenleitung.
Abgrenzungen : Wesentliche Abgrenzung zu bereits bestehenden Ideen ist die absolut einfache Anmeldemöglichkeit am System. D. h. das Anmeldeprozedere via SMS - ohne Angabe der eigenen Telefonnummer-und das versenden von SMS-Messages an eine zentrale Nummer - welche als Service diese Nachricht anonymisiert und weiterleitet ist der Kern dieses Gebrauchsmusterschutzes.
