Mass for coloring white footwear and the like.

The present invention relates to a compound for coloring white footwear and the like, through the soiled footwear 1JsW. can be restored to a completely flawless, pure white condition.

The mass according to the present invention consists of talc, zinc white, chalk
Vegetable glue made from potato flour, vaseline, alcohol and water, which are applied to the object to be colored e.g. B. is applied in a thin layer by means of a brush or sponge, whereupon the applied mass is dried as quickly as possible and firmly rubbed with a non-fraying cloth. The strong color strength, so that even the dirtiest areas get a blended pure white, is achieved by the talc, the vegetable glue, the zinc white and the chalk, whereby the talc is the treating
Gives objects a matt shine.

The plant glue and the vaseline give the
Mass great elasticity and pliability, so that the applied mass does not have any rivulets or breaks, while at the same time the vaseline still preserves the leather
Effect. The spirit is used for the intimate connection of chalk, zinc white, talc,
Vaseline and plant glue, while the addition of water results in the dilution to a ready-to-spread mass.

The mass has such opacity and elasticity that the coloring can be repeated as often as desired.

The following ratios have proven to be useful for the preparation of the mass: 1 parts by weight of talc, 15 parts by weight of zinc white, 40 parts by weight of chalk, 12 parts by weight of vegetable glue, 2 parts by weight of vaseline are intimately mixed with 9 parts by weight of alcohol to form a thick paste and finally with 46 parts by weight of water to form one smooth, ready-to-spread mass.

    PATENT CLAIMS:
