Entkerner für Früchte.
Der Entsteiner besteht aus einem Hauptständer a, der wagerechten Antriebswelle b, auf welcher die Antriebsriemenscheibe c nebst der Leerscheibe d sowie die Kurbelscheibe e und das Kegelrad f befestigt sind. Die Leerscheibe d wird durch den Stellring g, welcher an die Antriebswelle befestigt ist, am Ablaufen verhindert. In dem Hauptständer a befindet sich die Führungsstange h, welche durch die Schubstange i, die mit dem Kurbelzapfen el in der Kurbelscheibe e verbolzt ist, in Auf-und Abwärtsbewegung versetzt wird. Auf der F'brungsstange h ist der Doppelarm k befestigt. welcher einerseits den Kernstecher l, andererseits den Ausstosser m für die Früchte trägt.
Auf dem Haupt- ständer a ist die Drehscheibe n um die Führungsstange h drehbar aufgesetzt und trägt drei Frucktklemmen o1, o2 und o3, diese öffnen und schliessen sich beim Drehen der Drehscheibe ss, indem eine Rollo am Ende der Klemmhebel auf die ebenfalls zur Führungsstange h zentrisch auf den Hauptständer a aufgesetzten Kurbelscheibe p aufläuft. Din Drehscheibe ist an ihrem unteren Teile mit einem Zahnrade versehen, welches in das Zahnrad qu eingreift.
Das Zahnrad qu ist fest mit dem sogenannten Malteserkreuz r, welches drehbar mit dt'm Heizen s in den Hauptständer a eingefügt ist, verbunden.
Weiters ist in dem Hauptständer a die lotrechte Malteserkreuzantriebswelle t gelagert, welcher an ihrem unteren Ende mit dem Kegelrad u. an ihrem oberen Ende mit dem Malteserkreuzantriebsstück v versehen ist.
