Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Messen eines Kopfraumvolumens (VOLkopf) eines Behälters über einer Flüssigkeit, liegt in dem Kopfraumvolumen ein Überdruck von entweder einem in der Flüssigkeit enthaltenen Gases oder einem Schutzgas sowie zur Messung des Gehalts von einem oder mehreren im Kopfraum enthaltenen, zu messenden Gas(en) vor, umfassend eine gasdicht auf den ein definiertes Volumen (VOLgesamt) aufweisenden Behälter aufsetzbare Messkammer, welche Messkammer eine Perforationseinrichtung enthält, sowie eine Messeinrichtung zur Ermittlung von wenigstens einem in dem Kopfraum des Behälters enthaltenen zu messenden Gases, wobei die Messkammer mit einer ein erstes gasdicht verschließbares Verbindungselement aufweisenden Expansionskammer gekoppelt ist, die Expansionskammer mit wenigstens einer Spül- und Reinigungsvorrichtung über gasdichte Verbindungselemente gekoppelt ist, die Messkammer, das Verbindungselement und die Expansionskammer definierte, konstante Volumina (VOL1, VOL2) bei einer vorgegebenen Temperatur (T) aufweisen und wenigstens ein Sensorelement sowie eine Auswerteeinheit zur Ermittlung des Kopfraumvolumens (VOLkopf) sowie dem Gehalt von wenigstens einem in dem Kopfraum enthaltenen Gases vorgesehen ist sowie Verfahren.In a device for measuring a headspace volume (VOLkopf) of a container above a liquid, an overpressure of either a gas contained in the liquid or a protective gas is present in the headspace volume and for measuring the content of one or more gases to be measured contained in the headspace, comprising a measuring chamber which can be placed gas-tight on the container having a defined volume (VOLgesamt), which measuring chamber contains a perforation device, and a measuring device for determining at least one gas to be measured contained in the headspace of the container, wherein the measuring chamber is coupled to an expansion chamber having a first gas-tight sealable connecting element, the expansion chamber is coupled to at least one rinsing and cleaning device via gas-tight connecting elements, the measuring chamber, the connecting element and the expansion chamber have defined, constant volumes (VOL1, VOL2) at a predetermined temperature (T), and at least one sensor element and an evaluation unit for determining the headspace volume (VOLkopf) and the content of at least one gas contained in the headspace contained gas and procedures.
