Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines modifizierten Ligninderivats wird Lignindispersion aus Lignin oder eines Drivats davon angesäuert, mit einem Modifikationsmittels versetzt und nach altern lassen abfiltriert sowie gegebenenfalls aufgereinigt. Weiterhin ist ein derartiges modifiziertes Ligninderivat, die Verwendung desselben sowie Biomassepellets enthaltend desselben beschrieben.In a process for producing a modified lignin derivative, a lignin dispersion made from lignin or a derivative thereof is acidified, mixed with a modifier, and, after aging, filtered off and optionally purified. Furthermore, such a modified lignin derivative, its use, and biomass pellets containing it are described.
