Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren, ein Einbaukörper (11) und eine Vorrichtung für die Erkennung von Stippen in einem Polymerschmelzestrom. Die Vorrichtung umfasst einen Einbaukörper (11) mit einem Mittelstück (13), das einen axialen, teilweise transparenten Schmelzekanal (15) aufweist. Zwei in den Schmelzekanal (15) eingebaute und einander gegenüberliegende Sichtfenster (25) ermöglichen es, den Polymerschmelzestrom mit einer Lichtquelle (93) von der einen Seite mit Licht zu beaufschlagen und auf der anderen Seite mit Hilfe einer Kamera (87) auf das Vorhandensein von Stippen zu untersuchen.
