Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten von Benutzern, denen jeweils ein Mobiltelefon (1) zugeordnet ist, wobei vorab eine Anzahl von geographischen Arbeitsbereichen (A) definiert wird, innerhalb der die einzelnen Benutzer ihre Arbeit verrichten, eine Anzahl von Projekten festgelegt wird, denen jeweils zumindest ein Arbeitsbereich und zumindest ein Benutzer zugeordnet ist, und wobei zur Zeiterfassung laufend oder aufgrund einer Benutzereingabe auf dem Mobiltelefon (1) des Benutzers die jeweilige Position des Mobiltelefons (1) ermittelt wird, überprüft wird, ob sich die derart ermittelte Position (p) innerhalb eines Arbeitsbereichs (A) befindet, falls dies der Fall ist, überprüft wird, ob ein Projekt (P) besteht, dem der dem Mobiltelefon (1) zugeordnete Benutzer sowie der Arbeitsbereich (A), innerhalb dessen sich die Position (p) befindet, besteht, und falls dies der Fall ist, die Zeiterfassung gestartet wird.
