Abstract

Bei einer sich zwischen einer Kundenseite (20) und einer Bedienerseite (30) längs erstreckenden Kühltheke (10) mit einer sich an der Kundenseite erstreckenden Kundenlinie (22) und mit einer sich an der Bedienerseite erstreckenden Bedienerlinie (32) sowie mit einem sich zwischen der Kundenlinie (22) und der Bedienerlinie (32) längs erstreckenden Warenraum (40) ist eine Akzeptanz am Markt zu erwarten, wenn die Kundenlinie und die Bedienerlinie voneinander um einen Abstand (51) beabstandet sind, die Kundenlinie (22) zur Bedienerseite (30) hin gesehen in einem Kundenlinienwinkel (24) kleiner 180° abgewinkelt ist und die Bedienerlinie (32) eine von dem Kundenlinienwinkel (24) ausgehende Winkelhalbierende (53) in einem Schnittpunkt (54) schneidet sowie wenn sich die Kühltheke dadurch auszeichnet, dass sich der Abstand (51) der Bedienerlinie (32) zur Kundenlinie (22) zum Schnittpunkt (54) hin verringert.
