Abstract

Die Erfindung (Fig 1) betrifft ein Schmuckstück, welches aus einem Schmuckband (002 - Fig 2), einer damit verbundene Schließe (003- Fig 3 und Fig 4) und einem an dem Band befestigtem beweglichem Schmuckteil mit wenigstens einem in dieses integrierten Schmucksteines (004 Fig 5, Fig 6, Fig 7 und Fig 8), besteht. Das Schmuckstück eignet sich vornehmlich zum Tragen am Handgelenk. Wesensmerkmal der Erfindung (Fig 1) ist, dass die Schließe sowie das sich auf dem Schmuckband befindliche bewegliche Schmuckteil durch einen einfachen Mechanismus jederzeit vom Schmuckband wieder entfernt werden können und somit das Schmuckband, die Schließe und das sich auf dem Band befindliche bewegliche Schmuckteil verschieden kombiniert werden können. Das sich auf dem Schmuckband befindliche bewegliche Schmuckteil besteht aus einer Schiene, in welche eine Fassung eingesetzt und in diese Fassung ein Schmuckstück, bspw. ein Diamant, eingesetzt wird. Die in der Schiene eingesetzte Fassung kann sich in zwei Richtungen entlang der Schiene bewegen. Darüber hinaus kann sich die Fassung, in welche ein Schmuckstück eingesetzt wird, gegen oder mit dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Die Fassung sowie der darin integrierte Schmuck sind somit beide beweglich. Bei dem Schmuck kann es sich um sämtliche Arten von Edelsteinen handeln. Zusammengefasst liegt der Erfindung unter anderem die Aufgabe zu Grunde durch eine einfache Handhabung es dem Kunden selbst zu ermöglichen, die einzelnen Komponenten (002, 003, 004) des Schmuckstückes auszutauschen und dadurch eine wandelbare Optik zu erzielen. Das Schmuckband gibt es in vielen erdenklichen Ausführungsformen, insbesondere aus Leder, Lederimitationen oder Kautschuk. Schmuckbänder können auch aus mehreren Materialschichten bestehen. (003) An einem Ende des Schmuckbandes wird ein Verschlussteil (Schließe, Fig 3) befestigt. Diese Schließe ist gebogen, wodurch sich diese der Krümmung des Armes anpassen soll. Die Schließe besteht an jedem Ende aus einer innen und einer außen liegenden Schlaufe (Fig 3 lit a) sowie aus einem sich jeweils in der Mitte der Außen- bzw. Innenseite liegenden Dorn (Fig 3 lit b). Das Schmuckband wird an einem Ende durch die erste auf der Innenseite der Schließe sich befindende Schlaufe eingefädelt (Fig 4). Danach über den sich auf der Innenseitig befindlichen Dorn geführt und anschließend in die zweite sich auf der Innenseite der Schließe befindliche Schlaufe geführt. In die zylindrische Fassung wird in weiterer Folge ein beliebiger Schmuckstein (Fig 7 lit c) gesetzt. Bei diesem Schmuckstein kann es sich um einen Diamanten aber auch um amorphe Gesteine insbesondere Rubin, Saphier, Smaragt, Tansanit, Tsavorit, Topas, Cabochons und Perlen handeln. Die in die Fassung gesetzten Schmucksteine können sämtliche Formen aufweisen. Insbesondere die Form eines runden, dreieckigen, rechteckigen und viereckigen Schmucksteins.
