Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hohlen Faserverbundwerkstoffbauteils mit einem ausgeschmolzenem Kern (1), gekennzeichnet, durch folgende Verfahrensschritte: -Belegen eines Kerns (1) mit einem Faserwerkstoff (2), -Einlegen des belegten Kerns (1) in ein Formwerkzeug (3), Injizieren von Matrixharz (4), -Temperieren des Formwerkzeuges (3) zum Aushärten des Matrixharzes (4), wobei die teilweise während des Aushärtens des Matrixharzes (4) frei werdende exotherme Energie verwendet wird, das Kernmaterial aufzuschmelzen, -Ausschmelzen des Kerns (1), Entnahme des Faserverbundwerkstoffbauteils aus dem Formwerkzeug (3).
