Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und einen entsprechenden Softsensor zur Ermittlung der Zugfestigkeit eines Bandes in einer Richtmaschine, wie beispielsweise einer Formschlussbiegemaschine oder Streckbiegerichtanlage. Bei dem Verfahren werden die Prozessgrößen Bandzug der Richtmaschine, Eintauchtiefe der Richtrollen, Streckgrad des Bandes und Bandgeometrie des Bandes ermittelt. Auf Grundlage der ermittelten Prozessgrößen wird die Zugfestigkeit des Bandes mittels Modellrechnung bestimmt.The present invention relates to a method and a corresponding soft sensor for determining the tensile strength of a strip in a straightening machine, such as a form-locking or stretch-bending machine.
