österreichisches Patentamt AT510 698B1 2012-06-15 Beschreibung FLASCHENHALTEMANSCHETTE [0001] Die Erfindung betrifft Flaschen für Duschgel, oder Haar Shampoos, aber auch Flaschen mit Lotionen oder Flüssigseife. [0002] Diese Behältnisse sind, wenn sie feucht sind, sehr schlecht festzuhalten. [0003] Beim Duschen oder beim Baden reibt man sich mit Duschgel oder Shampoo ein und die Flasche oder die Seife wechselt von einer Hand in die andere und alles ist sehr glatt und es entgleitet das jeweilige Utensil und es fällt zu Boden oder ins Wasser. Es gibt ergonomisch geformte und mit Querrillen versehene Flaschen, aber wenn die Hände eingecremt sind, sind auch diese rutschig und können daher das Körperpflegemittel nicht oder nur mit Mühe festhal-ten. [0004] Der Stand der Technik, ist bei Patent Nr. CA2 584 834 A1 eine Manschette für eine Flasche, welche mit einem oder mehreren elastischen Bändern an der Flasche gehalten ist. Die Manschette ist aus einem Material gefertigt, welches die Eigenschaften eines Handtuchs haben soll, also weich und saugfähig. Patent Nr. FR 2 702 072 A1 zeigt eine Manschette für eine Flasche, welche aus einem elastischen Material gefertigt ist, wobei das obere und das untere Ende der Manschette umgestülpt ist und bei Patent Nr. US 2009 057 257 A1 ist ebenfalls eine Manschette für eine Flasche aus einem elastischem Material, welche das rutschfreie ergreifen der Flasche erleichtern soll und gleichzeitig die Flasche vor Stößen schützen soll. [0005] Der Erfindungsgegenstand wird nachstehend anhand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten als Beispiel dienenden Ausbildungsform beschrieben.
