B. der Bakterien aus der Klasse der Anaërobien) und hierauf nach Abzug der Garflüssigkeit in einem luftleeren Gefäss der Einwirkung der Alkalien (z. B. Natronlauge) und von überhitztem Dampf ausgesetzt wird.
