Blatt: 1Page 1
The present invention relates to a rotary piston pump according to the Wankelprinzip with a rotary piston and a housing with epitrochoidenförmiger lateral surface for metering and conveying flowable media. Internal gear pumps of the company GATHER are known under the name "Wankelpumpe", in which case the Innenradverzahnung no involute, but a trochoid has. Furthermore, radial peristaltic pumps with triangular rotors are known in these known peristaltic pumps, a hose is supported on the outside of the housing of the pump head and is clamped from the inside by rollers or sliding blocks of a rotor. The rotation of the rotor causes the pinch point to move along the hose and propel the fluid. Intake vacuum is created by the resiliency of the tubing. It is also known that the tubing is re-erected by building up a vacuum in the pump housing. A disadvantage of the aforementioned pumps is that they require either internal gears or delivery hoses. A major disadvantage of the known peristaltic pumps is that only small negative pressures can be generated on the suction side and that other pairs of sliding layers, for example metal or plastic with elastomer layers, are not possible. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rotary piston pump which overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above. According to the present invention, a rotary piston pump is provided, as claimed in claim 1). The above-mentioned rotary piston pump is to solve this problem, characterized in that a rotary piston unit, is provided with a triangular rotary piston, the three sealing edges, the lateral surface, the two-sided sealing strips on both sides sealing surfaces and the three arc surfaces, the two sealing edges of the epitrochides, constantly sealingly. This results in the advantage according to the invention that all flowable media can be conveyed even those with solids content with a high suction power and with different sliding layer pairings. The inlet and outlet openings arranged in a crossed manner in the lateral surface in the region of the sealing edges of the epitrochoid ensure that two suction chambers and two pressure chambers are constantly formed, thereby ensuring continuous delivery of the flowable media. It proves to be particularly advantageous if the three arc surfaces and the lateral sealing edges of the triangular rotary piston consist of a defined elastomer layer, whereby a permanent elastic sealing of the rotary piston is ensured without inserted sealing elements. A preferred embodiment of the rotary piston pump according to the invention is when the rotary piston is designed as described above, and the lateral surface, the lateral sealing surfaces of the housing, as well as the inlet and Auslassöffiiungen are designed with a defined elastomer layer, whereby flowable media can be conveyed easily with solids , But according to the invention there is also the possibility that only the lateral surface and the lateral sealing surfaces of the housing and the inlet and Auslassöffiiungen are provided with a defined elastomer layer and the rotary piston is designed with lateral sealing strips, so that there is a permanent elastic sealing of the rotary piston. In a combination of the two inlet openings and the Auslassöffiiungen it proves to be advantageous if the inlet openings and the outlet openings are equipped with check valves, whereby an overflow is prevented. If the two inlet openings and the two outlet openings are not combined, the rotary piston pump according to the invention can operate without check valves with two separate flow rates.
This arrangement makes it possible that in the first delivery cycle a reactive medium is required and in the second delivery cycle a cleaning fluid is circulated promoted. A further advantageous embodiment of the rotary piston pump according to the invention is that, for the construction of pressure stages, the rotary piston unit consists of several ······ ···· ···· ·

Housing with Rreiskolben exists For the promotion of, for example, polyurethane reaction mixtures, it proves to be an advantage if the housing and the rotary piston are made of a PTFE material.
A preferred, non-limiting embodiment of the present invention will be described by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the rotary piston pump, and Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional schematic representation of the rotary piston pump demonstrate.
