The invention relates to the use of beer grapes.
It is already known that it is possible to obtain dietary fiber from fibers, whereby the trubies are separated with water into a high-fiber fraction and into a non-fiber-rich fraction. It is then only the baUastetoffreiche fraction dried and verm llen. These fibers are then further processed in the food industry to produce food products.
Furthermore, it is already known to produce food products from Biertrebem, the Biertrebem are further processed after drying and grinding directly to a food like a baked good.
The various flavors can be considered and also in the resulting product targeted minerals, trace elements optionally medications are mixed,
It has now been found that dried mashed brewer grains, whether taken directly or as adjuvants, can act on the digestion of humans and mammals.
This is not only based on the dietary fiber fraction of the Biertrebem zuilidczufuhr, but is apparently based on the overall effect of the constituents of Biertrebem, yes by the long cooking in the brewery brewhouse and the corresponding processing during mashing with protein rest and saccharification accordingly open-minded and the enzymes were accessible.
The invention accordingly resides in the use of dried beer grapes for the production of an agent for controlling the digestion of humans and mammals.
This means of controlling the digestion may be either a dietary supplement or a dietary food.
The Biertrebem used according to the invention are obtained in a conventional manner and indeed by
that the brewer's grain obtained after quenching is conventionally converted into e.g. in a tumble dryer, after which these dried beer grains, e.g. on a disk mill in the manner of a coffee grinder, for example. The Biertrebem thus obtained can then be used directly according to the invention.
