Schefdewandzlegel.

Schefdewandzlegel.
The subject matter of the present invention are dividing wall bricks with which so-called free-floating dividing walls of low weight can be produced extremely quickly. In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown, namely FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of such a brick and FIG. 2 shows the type of connection of several bricks.
The individual bricks, which can be made of clay or any other material, have the shape of a double T. The bricks have a thin central part s and at both ends a head b arranged symmetrically to the central part. The height of the middle part a is approximately twice the head height, so that the two adjoining heads of two adjacent bricks fit between the heads of one brick.
In order to achieve a more perfect connection and a greater load-bearing capacity, the heads b are provided on the inside with grooves c and corresponding projections a of matching shape, so that when they fit together the projections d of one tile fit into the grooves c of the other tile and thereby prevent the bricks from moving sideways. The grooves and projections are expediently wedge-shaped.
The application of these bricks can easily be seen from FIG. 2 and requires no further explanation. The size and material of these bricks can be chosen arbitrarily.
PATENT CLAIMS: 1. Partition wall brick in the shape of a double-T, characterized in that the head parts (b) on the inner sides with grooves (c) respectively. Projections (d) are provided in order to achieve an intimate connection between the bricks.
