Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein dreifach angelonkter Membraneträger für Sproeh- maschinen, der besonders für Membranen von grossem Durchmesser verwendbar ist und den Übelständen abhilft, die sich sonst aus dem Gewicht und der Grösse dieser Membranen ergeben.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines solchen Membraneträgers in Seitenansicht dargestellt.
Die Rekordplatte dreht auf der Drehscheibe 1, die auf einer lotrechten Welle oberhalb des Gehäuses 2 angeordnet ist. Ein an diesem starr befestigter Arm 3 ist mit einer lotrechten Welle 4 versehen, auf welcher der aus einem gekrümmten Arm 5 bestehende erste Teil des Trägers angebracht ist. Am Ende dieses Armes ist der in lotrechter Richtung um einen horizontalen Bolzen 6 drehbare zweite Teil 7 befestigt. Die Membrane 9 wird von einem Ring oder einer Trommel 8 getragen und ist an ihrer Mitte mittels einer Nadelstange 10 mit der Nadel verbunden.
Der Teil 7 besteht aus einem gegabelten Hebel, in welchem der Ring oder die Trommel 8 beiderseits an den Stellen 11 gerade hinter der Mitte der Membrane drehbar ist. Wenn dieser Hebel nach vorne gerichtet ist, wie dies die Zeichnung in vollen Linien darstellt, so ruht er auf einem Ansatz 12 auf dem wagrechten Schwingarm 5, der ihn in der wagrechten Lage erhält. Es werden demzufolge der Ring 8, die Membrane 9 und die Nadel auf der von der Drehscheibe 1 unterstlitzten Rekordplatte mit einem Druck aufruhen, der in jedem einzelnen Apparat durch Lageveränderung der Drehpunkte 11 oder durch Zufügung geeigneter Gewichte geregelt werden kann.
Während des Ganges des Apparates erlauben es die Verbindungen 11 der Nadel, den Wellen der Schallinie zu folgen und der Drehbolzen 4, der zur Platte senkrecht steht, ermöglicht es der Membrane, von der Mitte gegen den Rand der Rekordplatte oder umgekehrt fortzuschreiten, wie dies eben der Verlauf der Schallinie erfordert. Ausser Gebrauch wird der Ring 8 in die gestrichelten Linien angedeutete Stellung angehoben, in welcher Lage die Nadel leicht gewechselt werden kann.
Es sei noch bemerkt, dass die Drehbolzen 6 und 11 nicht unbedingt in einer zur Platte parallelen Linie angeordnet sein müssen.

The subject of the invention is a triple-linked membrane carrier for spraying machines, which can be used especially for membranes of large diameter and which remedies the inconveniences that otherwise result from the weight and size of these membranes.
In the drawing, an embodiment of such a membrane support is shown in side view.
The record disk rotates on the turntable 1, which is arranged on a vertical shaft above the housing 2. An arm 3 rigidly attached to this is provided with a vertical shaft 4 on which the first part of the carrier, consisting of a curved arm 5, is attached. The second part 7, which can be rotated in the vertical direction about a horizontal bolt 6, is attached to the end of this arm. The membrane 9 is carried by a ring or a drum 8 and is connected to the needle at its center by means of a needle bar 10.
The part 7 consists of a forked lever in which the ring or the drum 8 is rotatable on both sides at the points 11 just behind the center of the membrane. When this lever is directed forward, as the drawing shows in full lines, it rests on a projection 12 on the horizontal swing arm 5, which keeps it in the horizontal position. The ring 8, the membrane 9 and the needle will therefore rest on the record plate supported by the turntable 1 with a pressure which can be regulated in each individual apparatus by changing the position of the pivot points 11 or by adding suitable weights.
During the movement of the apparatus, the connections 11 allow the needle to follow the waves of the sonic line and the pivot 4, perpendicular to the plate, enables the membrane to advance from the center towards the edge of the record plate or vice versa, as has just been done the course of the sound line requires. When not in use, the ring 8 is raised into the position indicated by the dashed lines, in which position the needle can easily be changed.
It should also be noted that the pivot pins 6 and 11 do not necessarily have to be arranged in a line parallel to the plate.
