Nozzle mouthpiece 25 and the ring 27 provided with tangential channels 26, which is screwed on in front of the nozzle mouthpiece 25 and held by means of a screw ring 28. The nozzle tube 17, which is conical at its front end, leaves a narrow annular gap 29 between its outer wall and the inner wall of the double conical nozzle 24, through which the hydrocarbon compressed air mixture can exit the mixing chamber 10.
In the space 30 between the outer jacket 24 and the cylinder housing 22, compressed air is passed through the screw connector 23, which exits from the annular gap 31 between the outer jacket of the nozzle 24 and the inner edge of the nozzle mouthpiece 25, so that the igniting mixture exiting at 29 of a Air jacket is surrounded. The mixing chamber 10 is at its upper end at 32 respectively through a pipe 33 with the screw ring 28. the ring 27 provided with tangential channels 26 in connection. The ring 27 has a circular groove 35 from which the channels 26 extend inwards and in a tangential direction.
The lighter ones
Gases come from the upper part of the mixing chamber 10 tangentially into the ignited gas flow emerging from the gap 29 and cause a rotation of the gas flow and thereby a vigorous mixing of the individual parts of this gas flow with each other and with the air, with those with the lighter ones Gasses pregnant, from the upper part of the mixing chamber. 10 entering air is ignited by the flame and the heat of the nozzle flame increases significantly.
This ensures complete gasification of even the heaviest hydrocarbons.
The housing 1 has at its lower end an eye 37, which between eyes 38 of a
Frame 39 is rotatable and can be adjusted by the bridge 40 with the adjusting spindles 41 so that the jet direction of the nozzle can be changed within certain limits.
The atomizer burner can be used for all types of firing, namely for melting ceramic material, glass, porcelain, clay, for steam boiler firing on sea and land vehicles and for stationary boilers, in metallurgy, in iron production and the like. like
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Atomizer burner for heavy liquid KhlenwaaserstoSe, characterized in that the liquid hydrocarbon is passed through compressed air from above into a mixing chamber (10) into which compressed air is simultaneously introduced from below, whereupon the mixture is mixed in a known manner with an inner one and an external compressed air pipe (Ii, 92)
Arrives at the atomizer, at the outlet end of which the hydrocarbon mixture containing the lighter gases and derived from the upper part of the mixing chamber (10) is guided tangentially against the nozzle chamber.
