Dauerbrandofen.
Den Gegenstand der vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Dauerbrandofen, welcher eine bedeutend bessere Wärmeausnutzung gestattet, als die bisher verwendeten. Der vorliegende Dauerbrandofen besitzt in bekannter Weise einen vorne und seitlich an die Ofenwandung anliegenden Einsatz, welcher oben, unten und hinten einen Luftraum freilässt, wobei noch eine unter dem Rauchrohre in geeigneter Höhe über dem Rostkorb, an der oberen Einsatzwand befestigte Fangplatte vorgesehen ist.
Das Wesen der Erfindung ist nun darin gelegen, dass die obere Wand des Einsatzes schräg von vorne oben nach hinten unten verläuft und die erwähnte dazu parallele Fangplatte gegen den hinteren Teil des Einsatzes vorlegt ist.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindllngsgegenstand in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform dargestellt und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch den Dauerbrandofen senkrecht zur Vorderwand, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt senkrecht zu Fig. I.

unmittelbar am Ofenmantel oder an einem Schumottefutter 8 an. Die untere, hintere und obere Wand des Einsatzes aber ist von der entsprechenden Ofenwand soweit entfernt, dass ein genügend breiter Kanal 4 für die zu erwärmende durchstreichende Zimmerluft frei bleibt. An den beiden Kanalende sind Zuführungs- bezw. Abführungsöffnungen für die Luft vorgesehen.
Die Hinterwand des Einsatzes ist mit einer, mit Rippen 5 oder dergl. versehenen Platte 6 gefüttert oder sie besteht selbst aus einer solchen. Die Zuflihrungsöffnungen 7 für die Verbrennuugsluft sind zu beiden Seiten des Einsatzes angeordnet und mittels einer verschiebbaren Regulierplatte ganz oder teilweise abzudecken. Der Aschenfall 9 ruht am Boden def1 Einsatzes auf.

The subject of the present invention is a long-burning stove which allows a significantly better utilization of heat than those previously used. The present long-burning stove has in a known manner an insert lying on the front and side of the furnace wall, which leaves an air space at the top, bottom and rear, with a catch plate attached to the upper insert wall below the smoke pipe at a suitable height above the grate basket.
