Vorrichtung zum Einbinden von Förderseilen, Bremsseilen und dergl.
Das Einbinden von Förderseiles, Bremsseilen und dergl. mittels gewöhnlicher Werkzeuge, insonderheit mittels Zangen, macht grosse Schwierigkeiten. Abgesehen davon. dass es erheblichen Kraftaufwand erfordert, das Seil so umzulegen, dass die richtige Kausche nach Form und Grösse entsteht, und dass darum eine grössere Zahl von Leuten erforderlich ist, wird das Seil durch die rohe Verwendung der Zange vielfach beschädigt, so dass Gefahren für seine Haltbarkeit entstehen.
Überdies ist es namentlich bei starken Seilen kaum möglich, ein festes Anschmiegen an den innen einzulegenden Kauschenschützer zu erreichen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun eine Vorrichtung, die diese Arbeit leicht vollzieht.
Ihr Wesen bestellt darin dass das Seilende am Wendepunkt der zu bildenden Kausche festgelegt wird und dass die Kauschenschenkel nunmehr mittels Hebels umgelegt und so lange gehalten werden, bis die Brücken zur Bindung angelegt sind.
In der Zeichnung ist die Vorrichtung wiedergegeben, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung in Ansicht nach Wegnahme des Deckbleches, während Fig. 2 ein Querschnitt durch die Mitte der Vorrichtung ist. Der für offene Kauschen bestimmte Apparat besteht aus zwei Hebeln a, einem Keil b, zwei Keilen c, zwei Platten d und einem Futter e. Die Hebel a und die Platten d werden zweckmässig aus Schmiedeeisen. das Futter c aus (Jusseisen und die Keile bund c aus
Stahl hergestellt.
Die Wirkungsweise dieses Apparates ist folgende : Bevor der Apparat benutzt wird. sind die Hebel (/in die horizontale Luge zu bringen, die Keile b und zu entfernen.
