Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

The invention relates to a pull-out guide for drawers, each with a drawer-side pull-out rail and a body-side mounting rail on both sides of the drawer, a liquid damper designed as a rotary damper being provided, which has a pinion that meshes with a toothed rack profile, and between the mounting rail and the pull-out rail is optionally arranged to be displaceable and the pull-out rail is preferably inserted into and fixed in a drawer frame.
GB 2 245 158 A discloses a pull-out guide set for drawers with a pull-in device and a liquid damper designed as a rotary damper. The liquid damper is arranged in a carriage which can be coupled to the drawer in the rear travel area.
The object of the invention is to improve a pull-out guide set of the type mentioned in such a way that the rotary damper can be arranged entirely in the drawer, as a result of which the rotary damper can also be used together with the drawer in the furniture body.
The object of the invention is achieved in that the rotary damper is mounted on the pull-out rail or the drawer frame and the pinion meshes with a toothed rack profile of a slide that can be moved relative to the pull-out rail, the drawer frame and the mounting rail, with a body-side stop for, preferably located on the mounting rail the slider is provided.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings.
1 shows a schematic diagram of a furniture body with drawers in different positions, with one side wall of the furniture body being omitted, FIG. 2 shows the same furniture body in a side view, FIG. 3 shows schematically and diagrammatically a section through a furniture body and longitudinal sections through the drawer frames of drawers arranged one above the other, FIG. 4 shows a longitudinal section through a drawer frame and FIG. 5 shows a section along the line AA of FIG. 4.
In a furniture body 1, drawers 2 are slidably guided by means of the pull-out guide sets according to the invention.
The drawers 2 each have a drawer frame 3 on both sides, which cover the rails 4, 5, 6 of the pull-out guide set up to the fastening web 4 ′ of the mounting rails 4. The damping device 14 according to the invention is also covered by the drawer frame.
On the pull-out rail 6, a housing 7 is fixed in which there is a commercially available rotary damper, preferably with a freewheel. A pinion 10 is mounted on the axis of the rotary damper.
The housing 7 is provided with an undercut groove 15, in which a carriage 8 is mounted to be horizontally displaceable. The carriage 8 is provided with a rack profile 16 which meshes with the pinion 10. A tension spring 12 is attached to the carriage 8 on the one hand and to the housing 7 on the other hand.
The slide 8 also has a slide stop 9 which projects through a slot 13 in the pull-out rail 6. A body-side stop 11 for the slide 8 is formed on the mounting rail 4 or on its fastening web 4 ′ (FIG. 3.5).
If the drawer 2 is opened, the tension spring 12 pulls the slide 8 into the damping position.
If the drawer 2 is now closed, the slide stop 9 strikes the body-side stop 11, after which there is no further relative movement between the slide 8 and the body rail 4. However, the pull-out rail 6 is moved further back together with the housing 7, and as a result the pinion 10 which rolls on the rack profile 16 is rotated.
As a result, the rotary damper located in the housing 7 comes into action.
The pull-out guide set according to the invention can also be provided with a drawer pull-in device, as described for example in EP 0 391 221 B1. The spring of the feed device must always be stronger than the tension spring 12 so that the drawer 2 is closed securely.
If the drawer 2 is opened, the slide 8 is brought back into the starting position, ie into the damping position, by the tension spring 12.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
In the exemplary embodiment, a full extension is shown with middle rails 5 located between the pull-out rails 6 and the mounting rails 4. However, the damping according to the invention could also be used with a single extension.
